The open Dining Room includes a lovely wet bar, wine cooler and access to the side porch. The Great Room includes cozy couches, a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Other interior finishes include hardwood floors, tiled showers with frame less doors, granite countertops throughout, multiple patios and wrap-around porch.
The 2 story, 1,500 square foot Guest House features an inverted floor plan. The design includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and sleeps 8 total. This home is also equipped with a gourmet kitchen featuring Viking commercial grade appliances, charcoal grill, and outside showers. The interior finishes of the guest house are equal to that of the main house featuring hardwood tile, granite, fireplace and a master bedroom suite.

We look forward to renting this house every summer! The location is perfect, don't have to worry about finding parking, is walking distance to everything. The pool is so nice, the separate guest house is perfect for our group. Beautiful accommodations and plenty of sleeping space.
Both the main house and guest house were very nice. Many good restaurants within a short walk. Beach one block away. Pool was excellent. Only concern was that WI-FI at guest house was erratic, but easy to walk over to main house for internet.
We rented the house with the guest house included and it was very accommodating for a large family gathering. All rooms were tastefully decorated, bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Having the pool with plenty of lounging chairs, and grill was great fun too! The house is situated in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, walk a couple of doors down to the beach, everything is within walking distance, shopping, restaurants and more! Would definitely rent this property again.
We rented this property during mid April for 3 families (6 adults and 6 children) and it was perfect. The main house fit all of us so we did not use the guest house. The rooms were all decent sized and the kids loved the room with the bunk beds. The house is very well maintained (probably the nicest on the block. We received many compliments when sitting on the porch). We would definitely recommend staying here. We are already planning our next visit back. There's also a pool but we were not able to make use of it.
This home is located downtown Rehoboth Beach. Park your car and walk to everywhere downtown. Ocean block- just minutes from Jungle Jim's, Golfing at Baywood, downtown Dewey Beach, and Lewes Beach. You cannot go wrong with this home. This is a true vacation getaway!
