Home comforts with space

Many thanks to Jennifer,Mario,Sueanne, on behalf of my family thank you for your Hospitalty . We went to the Big Island for a family wedding but had 3 days in Honolulu , which after the long flights from New Zealand and Australia found our accommodation just what we wanted. Somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep.somewhere to park(free) somewhere to cook. Plus meet one of the neighbours great guy , a carver and bonsai grower. We found location handy to get to, the neighbourhood was of an older boxed-in houses/units but really nice helpful people. Stairs up to condo a bit of a pain when you have heavy suitcases but you only do it once so all ok.(we shouldn't buy so much )

Susanne was great, explained all amenities in the house, also gave us tips on eating out and what to do in Hawaii. House suited 6 adults, all cooking items available. House easy to find and accessible to highways and waikki beach.

Maunawai Duplex

This was really a nice rental, very roomy and comfortable. We were here for a wedding and it was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The duplex was very comfortable and more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and have their own "space". Suzanne was always available and very nice. Thank you, we had a wonderful time.

Good value, responsive owner, what we were looking for

The 3 bedrooms worked out nicely for our family of six. We particularly liked the use of the kitchen and washer/dryer. Others have written about the neighborhood not being the best; wasn't a big deal to us and in fact, the people we met were all quite nice. About a 30 minute walk to anywhere, including a couple of great natural foods markets. Biggest drawback to the house is that there's really no view out the windows. Then again, for us at least, we didn't spend much time there during the day. Owner Suzanne very responsive.

very comfortable and clean, softest towels I have ever felt!

We loved our stay! The condo was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was the best of any we had had on our travels, Suzanne was wonderful and made us feel right at home. The towels were the softest towels I had ever felt! All the beds were super comfy, incredibly clean bathrooms, and kitchen was perfect. Great location, close to all we needed. There was an amazing Thai restaurant in the Foodland shopping center down the road that we loved, Thai Issan. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay near Waikiki. Thank you to the owners for making us feel at home during our stay!
