About Bob

Owning a Colorado Mountain Property has been a dream of mine for 30 years. I've got two degrees from Colorado Universities; Joyce gave birth to our daughter, Julie in Boulder but "hankered" to attend Texas A&M; and our son Mike graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Except for the schools and ski trips however, my careers have taken us elsewhere. But now we (and the expanded family) can call Colorado home (whenever possible).

Bob purchased this condo in 2013

Why Bob chose Frisco

While we had been through, stayed in, and enjoyed Frisco in the past, it was not until spending two weeks in a small condo in the Summer of 2013 that we knew this would be where we wanted to buy. Frisco's so small we would have been happy anywhere but when we found something right on Main Street, with all the amenities listed, we bought. We hope this will pass down through generations!

What makes this condo unique

Friendly, helpful people. The streets don't "pack" with tourists, but the stores, shops and ski rental establishments provide all you really need (and are but a short walk). Restaurants and great "Happy Hours" abound. "Whole Foods" is a great addition for "home cooked" meals after skiing, in front of our fireplace at a nice long dining room table, looking out at the mountains.

Spectacular mountain view in cozy town setting.

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay in this condo. We returned because of the excellent accommodations and comfortable setting that feels like home. The condo has everything needed and has spectacular views of the mountains. We enjoyed the town of Frisco and nearby skiing, snow shoeing, hot springs, shopping, and dining.

Perfect Frisco Base Camp

  • 5 of 5

Wow! This condo is everything you see in the description.

Location: Frisco is easy access that everything Summit County has to offer. Multiple resorts, fine dining (and casual). The condo is on main street, but faces away so is quiet. But easy to walk everywhere in town.

Copper, Breck, Keystone are quick drives. Shopping in Breck and Silverthorne is less than a 10 minute drive.

Amenities: Condo is well laid out. Comfortable bedding. Living room with plenty of seating. Kitchen well stocked with everything you might need. And so nice to have staples already on hand. No fun to buy a whole bag of sugar when you just need a bit for coffee in the morning! Having an in unit washer/ dryer also a big plus.

Binder with all the information you might need is well thought through.

And the communication with the owner was always fast and helpful!

We will definitely stay here again when we return to Frisco!

Perfect and most organized rental EVER

  • 5 of 5

From the great communication and perfect location I can’t imagine a better vacation rental.

Bob quickly responded to all emails with detailed information. Literally everything I might need to know about the unit was sent ahead of time.

The unit itself was spotless, well organized and stocked with all necessities. Such a relief not to have to buy sugar when we only need a bit for coffee. Also plenty of paper goods.

If we return to Summit to ski we will definitely stay here again!

Owner's Response: Fantastic. Recognition for our and our housekeeper's hard work is always appreciated. We spend a lot of time there so it's easy to understand and ensure the small "necessities" are provided! Repeat guests are becoming the norm. Hurry back!

First-class condo with great location in Frisco. CO. This place easily earned our five-star rating.

  • 5 of 5

This deluxe condo was clean, comfortable, and in the best of locations in Frisco. We enjoyed the location on Main Street with restaurants, the town museum. and bike trails close to the front door. We used the owners' bikes and enjoyed the bike trails immensely.

The owners have excellent taste in furniture and have supplied outstanding cooking utensils. In addition, the owners' manual was the best that we've seen with detailed instructions on all of the appliances and suggestions about restaurants, trails, and other features of the Frisco area.

Other advantages of this rental were the underground garage and access to the free Summit Stage bus lines to Breckenridge and other destinations. This is a great place to call home for a week or two.

Great Condo In Downtown Frisco

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed staying in this condominium for a second time. The unit is very well decorated and up to date. It is comfortable and very clean. It is in a convenient location in Frisco with easy access to local restaurants, privately owned shops, bike path to Copper and Breckenridge, and mountain trails. The owner is easy to work with and provides excellent customer service. Owner also provides information on how to operate appliances, etc., inside the unit. We definitely look forward to visiting again next year.

In the Winter, you're probably here to snowboard or ski, but consider, especially with younger kids, the sledding, tubing, snow shoeing, and sleigh rides at the Frisco Adventure Park. For adventurous adults, rent a snowmobile, either at the top of Vail Pass and have a ball on 50 miles of marked trail, or again right here in Frisco. In the Summer, do some river kayaking, white water rafting, sailing, or if you're like me, grab a book, pick a scenic view, and chill.
