About Bob

Owning a Colorado Mountain Property has been a dream of mine for 30 years. I've got two degrees from Colorado Universities; Joyce gave birth to our daughter, Julie in Boulder; and my son Mike graduated from the University of Northern Colorado. Except for the schools however, my careers have taken us elsewhere. But now we (and the expanded family) can call Colorado home (sometimes).

Bob purchased this condo in 2013

Why Bob chose Summit County Colorado

While we had been through, stayed in, and enjoyed Frisco in the past, it was not until spending two weeks in a small condo in the Summer of 2013 that we knew this would be where we wanted to buy. Frisco's so small we would have been happy anywhere but when we found something right on Main Street, with all the amenities listed, we bought. We hope this will pass down through generations!

What makes this condo unique

Friendly, helpful people. The streets don't "pack" with tourists. Restaurant and great "Happy Hours" abound.

Perfect location in top notch home

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this home was perfect. Furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies all top notch and brand new. Snowed every day we were there so the garage came in very handy. And Bob, the owner, could not have been more organized and helpful. The perfect Main Street location allowed short walks to stores and restaurants. When I go back to Frisco the first thing I'll do is see if this place is available again and book it!

Great Location

  • 4 of 5

Excellent location - close to shops, restaurants, ski resorts, etc. Well maintained unit, Owner does a excellent job detailing out

how all electronics and items work in a well thought out binder. Garage car storage was a nice bonus. Unit has all the small essentials for cooking that you may need. Fitness center was very cold and could use some updated equipment.

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped condo in great Main St location

  • 4 of 5

We just spent a month in this beautiful, spacious, well equipped condo in downtown Frisco, CO. Great location on Main St, close to shops and good restaurants, and only steps to the free bus to Copper Mtn. Trip took only 9 minutes. Very nice furnishings and decor, vaulted ceilings, with a well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and made up with premium bedding. The condo was very clean as well. Owners are wonderful and look after all of the details. C-LF, Calgary Canada

very nice accommodations

  • 4 of 5

My family and I had a great stay over Xmas at this condo. Very spacious, beds and bedding really comfortable, nice kitchen and overall decor. Frisco was a great base for 1 day of skiing in Keystone, 1 in Vail, and 1 in Breck. Copper is nearby as well but we have Epic pass. I loved having the option to cross-country & snowshoe at either Frisco or Breck Nordic centers as an alternative activity. I chose Breck this trip but Frisco is great too. Frisco's main street has a lot of dining options within walking distance from this condo which was so convenient. Vinny's was great on Xmas Eve and only a 2 block walk, so despite it being very cold that evening, it was perfectly tolerable. There is a convenience store basically next store where we could get snacks/beverages without having to drive anywhere, plus they have a Redbox. The garage parking was awesome. We had 2 cars and it snowed so not having to deal with snow and ice on the vehicles was a gift. Overall, I would highly recommend and will return. Bob was attentive with communication and his instructions worked like a charm.

A Wonderful Stay In Frisco!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. We appreciated the wonderful furniture and decorations in the condo, which made it so comfortable. We also loved the cleanliness of the condo; just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped making meal preparation easy and all appliances were well labeled with instructions; making operation of all appliances easy. In addition, the great mountain views from the windows and patio were the best.

We loved the Main Street location. It was a convenient walk to a host of great restaurants along Main Street in Frisco. We ate breakfast on two occasions at the Butterhorn Bakery and had wonderful meals at Fifth Avenue, Blue Spruce, Silverheels, and Prosit. Being on Main Street also allowed us to walk to numerous hiking trails from the condo and ride the nice bicycles, Bob provided at his unit. There are many scenic bike paths around Frisco.

Bob provided quick and timely information to us. He also had an extensive book of all things needed to function in the condo and a check-out list which was very helpful.

We will definitely recommend this property to people we know. We can't wait to come back to Frisco and stay at Bob's place.

Perfect summer adventure spot!!!

  • 5 of 5

Condo was beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Perfect location right in heart of quaint downtown Frisco. Highly recommend for anyone. We took our 4 kids ages 15 to 21. We rafted the Colorado River, hiked Mohawk Lakes trail, biked to Breckenridge. So many awesome outdoor activities close by. Bob was great very accommodating and had great suggestions for restaurants, etc. couldn't have been any nicer. 5 stars plus plus!!!

Car: not necessary

In the Winter, you're probably here to snowboard or ski, but consider, especially with younger kids, the sledding and tubing right in Frisco. For adventurous adults, rent a snowmobile, either at the top of Vail Pass and have a ball on 50 miles of marked trail, or again right here in Frisco. In the Summer, do some river kayaking, white water rafting, or if you're like me, grab a book, pick a scenic view, and chill.
