About Bob

Owning a Colorado Mountain Property has been a dream of mine for 30 years. I've got two degrees from Colorado Universities; Joyce gave birth to our daughter, Julie in Boulder but "hankered" to attend Texas A&M; and our son Mike graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Except for the schools and ski trips however, my careers have taken us elsewhere. But now we (and the expanded family) can call Colorado home (whenever possible).

Bob purchased this condo in 2013

Why Bob chose Frisco

While we had been through, stayed in, and enjoyed Frisco in the past, it was not until spending two weeks in a small condo in the Summer of 2013 that we knew this would be where we wanted to buy. Frisco's so small we would have been happy anywhere but when we found something right on Main Street, with all the amenities listed, we bought. We hope this will pass down through generations!

What makes this condo unique

Friendly, helpful people. The streets don't "pack" with tourists, but the stores, shops and ski rental establishments provide all you really need (and are but a short walk). Restaurants and great "Happy Hours" abound. "Whole Foods" is a great addition for "home cooked" meals after skiing, in front of our fireplace at a nice long dining room table, looking out at the mountains.

Spectacular mountain view in cozy town setting.

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay in this condo. We returned because of the excellent accommodations and comfortable setting that feels like home. The condo has everything needed and has spectacular views of the mountains. We enjoyed the town of Frisco and nearby skiing, snow shoeing, hot springs, shopping, and dining.

Owner's Response: Thanks John, Great to have you back. Hope to see you all next year. We too love the views and relaxing after a hard day skiing, or biking n the summer. Not a bad place also if exercise is not on your agenda!

Perfect spot for mountain-hopping

  • 5 of 5

This condo was a perfect place to stay as we skied at Keystone, Breck, and Beaver Creek, meeting different friends each day. The hot tub was a hit for the sore muscles, and access to Main St. was super easy for dinner/drinks. Owner is very responsive to issues, and proactive at times.

This condo had it all!!

  • 5 of 5

Our one week stay went beyond our expectations. Even though the condo was located on Main Street, the views from the great room were spectacular, especially at night with the beautiful lights. Loved Bob's attention to detail and appreciated all the "extras" that were provided. The condo was impeccable and we appreciated Bob's promptness to all of our inquiries. It was also a ski lover's paradise with the proximity to many of Colorado's fabulous ski resorts!!

Owner's Response: We love reviews that point out our attention to detail, not to mention our unobstructed mountain views to the north. No accident that all of our chairs and couches offer "the Rockies." Thank you.

Best Ski Condo we have ever stayed in!

  • 5 of 5

This is the second year in a row that my ski partner and I have rented this condo. It was so good the first year that rather than go to Utah this year, we decided to go back to Frisco, ski the Vail Epic Pass resorts and stay at Bob's condo again.

We just love that it is a large, very comfortable and modern condo with a well stocked kitchen since we eat most of our meals in. But when we did want a break, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Bread and Salt for breakfast was outstanding and The Tavern West for dinner was delightful.

Having underground parking is a big plus as is the outdoor hot tub on the 2nd floor.

If you are going to ski in Summit County and want a 2 bedroom condo, this is the place to stay!

This Main St., FriscoCondo is an absolute gem. The owner maintains the property as if he was living there. The kitchen is fully stocked. The very nice full-size washer and dryer are within arms reach of the kitchen. The living area is spacious. The windows of the living area and the dining area provide a spectacular view of the Summit County mountain tops. While on Main Street It is quite quiet is it faces the other direction. This is the second time we have stayed here and it is our family’s number one choice for accommodations in Frisco.

Perfect Frisco Base Camp

  • 5 of 5

Wow! This condo is everything you see in the description.

Location: Frisco is easy access that everything Summit County has to offer. Multiple resorts, fine dining (and casual). The condo is on main street, but faces away so is quiet. But easy to walk everywhere in town.

Copper, Breck, Keystone are quick drives. Shopping in Breck and Silverthorne is less than a 10 minute drive.

Amenities: Condo is well laid out. Comfortable bedding. Living room with plenty of seating. Kitchen well stocked with everything you might need. And so nice to have staples already on hand. No fun to buy a whole bag of sugar when you just need a bit for coffee in the morning! Having an in unit washer/ dryer also a big plus.

Binder with all the information you might need is well thought through.

And the communication with the owner was always fast and helpful!

We will definitely stay here again when we return to Frisco!

In the Winter, you're probably here to snowboard or ski, but consider, especially with younger kids, the sledding, tubing, snow shoeing, and sleigh rides at the Frisco Adventure Park. For adventurous adults, rent a snowmobile, either at the top of Vail Pass and have a ball on 50 miles of marked trail, or again right here in Frisco. In the Summer, do some river kayaking, white water rafting, sailing, or if you're like me, grab a book, pick a scenic view, and chill.
