#105 is a beautifully renovated studio unit at The Napili Bay Resort. Located on the sand of Napili Bay Beach with unobstructed views of Molokai and Lanai, you simply can't get any closer to the surf than this!
Start the day with pancakes at The Gazebo Restaurant, located just south along the water. During whale season it’s almost impossible to NOT see a whale! Then, grab your snorkeling gear and head out into the ocean. You’ll soon be face to face with Hawaiian Honu (turtles) and schools of colorful reef fish. Also, be sure to explore the tide pools on either side of the beach. If the guys are out renting surf and stand-up paddle boards, the waters of Napili Bay are the perfect place to find your inner Duke Kahanamoku.
Take a trip along Honoapi’ilani Rd (the low road) to The Honokowai Farmers Market and grocery (about 3 miles) for smoothies, fresh juices, health food and the islands freshest produce . The guacamole is amazing and a bunch of the apple bananas are a must try. Head another block south to the Fish Market Maui for some fresh-caught local fish. Try a tub of the Hawaiian poke (marinated ahi tuna); It goes great with the guacamole you bought and you now have everything for pu’pu’s (appetizers) on the beach. Cook your fish on one of the resorts gas grills and enjoy your meal at one of the nicely shaded picnic tables or take it back to your lanai and watch the sun set on paradise.
Inside #105 you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay. Brazilian cumaru teak wood floors, furnishings and cabinets, ice-stone counter-tops, top of the line appliances, Queen-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress, high thread-count sheets, flat screen TV, Blu ray DVD/CD player, Tune-In internet radio, and Airplay from an iPhone, iPod, or iPad, free Wi-Fi, reverse-osmosis water filtering system (Yay! no lugging bottles from Costco!) beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and more.
We called West Maui our home for 2 years where our 3 children attended Maui Prep (GO PUEO'S!)
After 2 years in the Seattle area, we now reside in south Florida.

There is nothing like Napili Bay! It's the perfect beach vacation.
The beautiful milo nut tree on the beach in front of our unit provides a wonderful shady spot on a sunny day. There are those who say that the beautifully grained milo wood utensils, furnishings and jewelry were only for the chiefs of ancient Hawai`i. It is told that the Waikiki home of Kamehameha I was surrounded by milo trees.
Location was fantastic!! Just like the photos
If you want ocean front it can't be any closer!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at Napili Bay. The unit is beautifully done though compact and the owner was accessible and accommodating. Napili Bay is perfect for swimming and snorkeling but the beach can get crowded.
Have stayed here at The Napili Bay 4 times now and second stay NB105, no question it is my favorite. If you desire to here the waves lull you to sleep, their is none better than Napili Bay.......in fact they can be very loud at times, but you get into the rythym and it is peaceful. Clean and simple studio condo that is perfect for 1 or two people and has all you need to enjoy your stay. Enjoyed the beach chairs on a daily basis, great wave playing with the boogie boards and the snorkeling with the abundant turtles is awesome. Great BBQ facilities and a small very useful laundry set-up as well, all easily accessed and utilized.
First time staying here during the whale watching season and there is simply no place better to see them from the lanai. Every single morning while sipping coffee, I was treated to a complete show of spouts, tail rolls and breaches in the channel and also just at the head of Napili Bay...very close. Last morning today, there was a very large whale breaching for a solid 15 minutes, and about 10 huge breaches....what a send off.

The complex is small, well-maintained, and backs up to an easily accessible sand beach and beautiful bay. This is a return visit for us for all of those reasons. The unit itself exceeds all expectations. It is lovely and serene. We will return.
After spending a few days with family at a big resort hotel, this peaceful and much smaller place was perfect. The small lanai was great for lunch and dinner and sleep was easy with the sounds of the waves in the background. All appliances were first class and the bed was lean and comfortable. Free parking easily accessible right out the door. Easy to walk along the great beachfront trail into Kapalua and keep the price for renting a waterfront a fraction of a hotel room with same amenities. Will definitely try to rent again if available
Can't beat location of unit. All high end furnishings. Really enjoyed stay and close drive to great restaurants. Beach gets a little crowded during day.
Napili Bay is west Maui's hidden gem of 'real Hawaii'. Removed from the noise and congestion of high-rise hotels, this lush, tropical paradise welcomes you to explore its beaches, hike the nearby Kapalua trails and enjoy nearby dining options ranging from Sushi and local barbeque to Macadamia nut pancakes while whale watching.
