We have been coming to Hawaii for many years and love the lifestyle the Mauna Lani resort and KaMilo has to offer. The beach, pools, shopping, golf, restaurants and spas are all top notch. The KaMilo homes have excellent design and quality, and all the comforts of a million dollar home on the mainland. We cannot be at KaMilo very often, so we want to share this amazing find with you.

What makes this house unique

This property is managed by Shiwota Resorts & Propertiesi LLC. Shig and Maya Shiwota personally manages it. They are full time residents of KaMilo, are within walking distance of all the properties they manage. Shig is a Director on the KaMilo Home Owners' Association.

Amazing. This was perfect for our stay. We had unit 112 and unit 114 which were next door to eachother and PERFECT for the 8 golfers that came over from Oahu to golf for 4 days. Everything in the houses worked fine, the location is excellent very near the shopping center at Mauna Lani and it is much more comfortable than staying in a small hotel room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our rental. Traveling with an infant, having a kitchen and space to all relax in one location was our main reason for picking a condo vs a hotel. Shig was great to work with and very accommodating. We will look forward to renting with them again in the future. Only one complaint, we didn't like the pillows, but everything else was perfect.

we had a great stay at the KaMilo. The townhouse was very nice: good size for a large group and provided nice balance of gathering spaces (living room and lanai) and personal space (each downstairs bedroom area has it's own patio. The town homes are quite private to other residences. The community pools are very nice. Beaches are a short drive away (or healthy walk). Management was very helpful: checked in with us before our trip to see that we had all our needs met, and were available during our stay for questions. I highly recommend this property, would book it again without doubt

We had an absolute wonderful time! Gorgeous property and very spacious. The property is well maintained and clean. The property location is three minutes from the convenience store, restaurants, and less than a ten minute drive to beautiful beaches. Property management did a great job with correspondence from the time of booking to departure. Shig was very professional and accommodating. Tommy Bahama restaurant has been a favorite of ours for a while. We are already planning a return visit. Mahalo!!
