Located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O’Clock Road in downtown Breckenridge, our Park Place condos are close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. Guests can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to their condo. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom moderate condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to seven. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and an LCD TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. <

Granted, our experience from the year prior meant that our next condo had nowhere to go but up, but this Park Place condo was a wonderful surprise. It was clean, the furniture was in good shape, there were plenty of towels and pillows, the location was Perfect (quiet and convenient), and the deck was a nice to sit while waiting for our kids to finish getting ready. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 out of 5 stars is because one twin bed squeaked so badly a person couldn't sleep in it. I'm not exaggerating - it was bad. The microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen table are also showing some age. But, again, it was nicely appointed and SO convenient!!! (The shuttle stops across the street and is just one stop away from the Snowflake lift, main street is a block away, and if you rent from Charter Sports, you can store your skies & stuff over night, instead of schlepping it all back/forth.) We would definitely stay there again, if the one bed frame gets fixed.

Check-in was easy, and the condo had everything we needed to enjoy the family weekend. We had one meal in the condo, others out...mno issues whatsoever. Two full baths and laundry made it very easy on us. It's a short walk to town, and the shuttle to the slopes is even closer.

Great property location downtown-close to everything. Property was a little more rundown, dark and dirty compared to the picture. No A/C which is the norm, but needed on a hot summer day...didn't find the fans in the closet until the last night.

Wonderful exit from Four O Clock run and a 2 block walk back to the condo. Shuttle to the Gondola right across the street, couple of blocks to walk to main street. The accomodations were comfortable and clean.

The condo is nice, with everything that is needed, and it is quite spacious as well. The location is phenomenal. Two blocks from the lift, but in the afternoon, you can actually ski to within half a block of the condo. It's also extremely easy to walk to the village. The downsides are: * Very creaky upstairs floor. We could constantly here the upstairs neighbors walking around, including waking us up at night. In the end, we all had to sleep with earplugs. * The Internet in the complex is --terrible--. It was more or less unusable, which was a major bummer for our trip. It is a shared Internet wifi connection for many of the condos, and it is so slow that it basically was not functional.
