Located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O’Clock Road in downtown Breckenridge, our Park Place condos are close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. Guests can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to their condo. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom moderate condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to seven. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and an LCD TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles. <

Great common areas, issues with bedrooms.

The common space of the home was great. Cute, comfortable and conducive to hanging out. The kitchen was also well stocked and totally sufficient for out trip. The balcony was pretty spacious and we loved the fireplace. The issues we had were with the bedrooms and bathrooms. 3 of the 4 beds are supposed to be twin beds, which was fine. We were a bunch of single girls so happy to have our own beds. I don't know what size mattresses these actually were, maybe staging furniture? It felt barely bigger than a toddler bed. They were so short we could not lie straight on them without a good foot of our body hanging off the end. We range in height from 5'3-5'8 so we are not giants? My son has a standard (Not XL) twin size bed at home that I fit perfectly on. This forced us to be on our sides at all times. Also the mattresses were so bouncy and squeaky and loud if you moved at all so we all slept horribly. The queen bed was quite comfortable, but it was at least a foot longer than the other beds. The other issue was the electrical. Neither outlet in either bathroom worked. The outlet in the living room made a sparking sound in hallway when we tried to use it and wouldn't keep a connection, so blow drying had to be done in the kitchen. Overall, I couldn't recommend this condo based on the beds because 3 of 4 could barely sleep here.

We were in town for a week long bike race and this location was centrally located, easy walking distance to everything in town. The unit is nicely furnished, comfy beds, a couple different rooms with TVs allowed us to chill out and relax privately when we wanted.

Granted, our experience from the year prior meant that our next condo had nowhere to go but up, but this Park Place condo was a wonderful surprise. It was clean, the furniture was in good shape, there were plenty of towels and pillows, the location was Perfect (quiet and convenient), and the deck was a nice to sit while waiting for our kids to finish getting ready. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 out of 5 stars is because one twin bed squeaked so badly a person couldn't sleep in it. I'm not exaggerating - it was bad. The microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen table are also showing some age. But, again, it was nicely appointed and SO convenient!!! (The shuttle stops across the street and is just one stop away from the Snowflake lift, main street is a block away, and if you rent from Charter Sports, you can store your skies & stuff over night, instead of schlepping it all back/forth.) We would definitely stay there again, if the one bed frame gets fixed.
