The location and quality of this home does not get any better for your dream vacation in Sun Valley!
I live in Atlanta, GA and absolutely love my Warm Springs home, as do my adult children. I'm retired from the non-profit world, a former Executive Director for a family foundation. With the children in college, with different break times and their own life to live, we don't get as much family time in Sun Valley as we did when they were younger. Many ask if I like summer or winter better. That's a toss up for me. In the winter, skiing can't be beat. In the summer, there is no more spectacular place to spend long, lazy days. There is so much to experience ... hiking, fishing, a trip to Stanley for river rafting, the symphony on the lawn at the Sun Valley Resort, not to mention the fantastic wine auction in July. Yes, I love my Sun Valley experiences and I think you will too.

I watched this house being built, just down the street from my condo. Houses are such special places and can hold so many wonderful memories as the children grow. I wanted a place where family could gather for many years to come, including grandchildren. This house really is that place. It is cozy enough for everyone to gather in the kitchen and living area, but has the separate downstairs living which can be closed off for the teens when they want their privacy. It was a perfect home that I fell in love with and was fortunate to be able to purchase and call 'My Sun Valley Home.'
This home is so wonderful. Its right at the foot of Warm Springs so the access to the mountain and the base facilities is so easy. Kids are safe to leave the house and go play in the snow or go skiing. It's a 5 minute drive into Ketchum for great restaurants, shopping, night life and galleries. You and your family will love this area. It was my first and only choice when buying in Sun Valley.
We had an amazing vacation in this warm and wonderful home! It is beyond beautiful and has everything you could ever want or need for an amazing and relaxing stay! The living area and kitchen are large and luxurious, as well as the bedrooms and bathrooms. The views of the mountains are spectacular. It is an easy 2 minute walk to the Warm Springs base and there is a ski rental shop within walking distance as well. There is plenty of storage space in the house and garage for all ski equipment. The house easily sleeps 8 with plenty of lounging room for everyone. We would definitely rent this home again. We enjoyed every moment there! The agent Grady Burnett is an absolute pleasure to work with! He took care of us completely and made sure we had everything we needed! He made everything from our arrival to our departure flow easily and wonderfully!
We stayed here last year and we're very lucky to get this house again. It is simply a gorgeous house and beautifully appointed. A simple walk across the street and you are at the lift. So close we would come home for lunch and hit the slopes again. The top floor dinning, living, kitchen and sitting area with a wall of windows is spectacular. The adjoining master is a house of its own with it own wall of windows. The kids floor was our kids friends favorite hangout for good reason. A perfect house!
Great location and large spaces. Fantastic fireplace. Walk a hundred yards or so to lift. So much better than 2-3 hotel rooms. No hot tub, but a nice soaking tub in master. Great space off kitchen to hang w family n friends. Doubtful you'd regret choosing this one.
I don't think you can find a better situation in Sun Valley. The pictures help but do not do the home justice. It is bigger and has a better lay out than expected. It also appears farther from the lifts than expected. It is about as close as you can get. Just out from the extensive boot, mud, changing room you walk accross a narrow lot and you find yourself in front of warm springs lodge. The warm dry big garage will fit your car with tall luggage rack included and will also fit your sitters parents suburban with tons of room to walk around. Surprising as the garage looks small as you drive up. From the garage the elevator will take your luggage up to the two primary floors. The top floor master bedroom is as big as a house and has a view up the mountain as well as two walk in closets and his and her vanities as well as a large soaking tub. The other bedrooms are also extremely well appointed with walkin closets double vanities and full large shower facilities. The kitchen is huge and has a open space concept with living, sitting, dinning room centered around a very large fire place. Unfortunately the logs are so long that you may not be able to delicate fire maker duties to your children. The house uses a wealth of warm wood, tile and marble finishes which you will love. Your host and realtor, Grady will be extremely helpful as well. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this place and had our very good friend rent it the following weekend.
This home sits directly at the base of the Warm Springs side of Bald Mountain. World class skiing await you and your family as you relax and unwind in this spectacular ski house.
