We have a fantastic bike share program in St. Louis. Just download the free LimeBike app and use GPS to locate the nearest bikes (they are always close). You pay $1/hr and can explore the entire city by bicycle!
Both major interstates (64 and 44) are within 1.5 miles. There are multiple bus lines within a couple of blocks that will take you all over the city. You can park at the Metrolink stop at Debaliviere & Skinker and access downtown all the way to the airport if driving is not your thing.
