Beautiful luxury penthouse with panoramic coastal views in 5* spa resort

The property has been carefully furnished to high standards to ensure that guests requirements have all been accommodated. The penthouse is either accessed via an elevator system or by means of a staircase. Once in the property there is a fully fitted kitchen which has washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery. The open plan layout leads on to a spacious lounge diner where two comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV/DVD, including a smart box and internet wifi router. The dedicated dining area has been furnished with table and chairs to accommodate six easily. The penthouse has window blinds fitted on all windows as well as having been also dressed to add that special finish. There are two bedrooms, one with a double and the other with two singles. The apartment will sleep six with a large sofa bed in the lounge. The family bathroom has bath and shower facilities and is fresh and modern with all necessary linen.

Further Details: The lounge area opens out onto a balcony allowing a further place to relax and dine with stylish rattan dining table and chairs. Enjoy the Mediterranean coastal views.

The main large private roof top terrace is at the rear of the apartment and faces towards the resort pool area and beautiful lush gardens. Since this terrace is both facing the sun and on the roof means that it benefits from constant sunshine almost all year round. The private sunbathing section of this terrace is very spacious. This terrace is furnished with a large parasol and a rattan dinning sofa suite and glass coffee table which sits 6 people in luxurious comfort and style.

Grocery packs - You can pre-order grocery packs to be in your apartment on arrival ranging from tea, coffee and milk to toiletries and wine. Prices can be given upon request.

Many of the budget airlines now fly to Larnaca from most regional airports in the UK. Easyjet, Monarch, Thomas Cook and to name a few.

I love the warm medditerean climate, the very friendly and laid back people. The village of Tersfanou is ideal for guests who want a quiet, peaceful and tranquil holiday/vacation.

A lovely place to stay.

I stayed with my family at this apartment for 2 weeks in August 2013. I have two children aged 6 and 12 years, a boy and a girl. The apartment was exactly as we expected. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The large terrace was great and meant we didn't have to venture down to the pool area to get some sunshine if we didn't want to.

Having said that, the pool and area around it is lovely and although this was August, it was never over crowded. The kids loved the pool as none of us are particular beach fans.

We did hire a car for a couple of days as there isn't much within walking distance if you want a change of scenery.

The property managers were very pleasant and helpful. They were there if we needed them and helped with airport transfers and relevant local information.

The restaurant/bar at the pool area was very welcome. We were able to eat there every day and it appeared to be very good value for money.

The apartment owner was very easy to deal with and generous with information about the local area.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment. If you want a holiday with lots of activity on hand and nightlife though, this won't be the place for you. This is great for a relaxing holiday.

schöne Anlage, nur der Bus führ nicht.

Schöne Apartmentanlage , nette Leute, nur der Bus der hier fahren sollte kam nie.

Der Vermieter sollte im Beschreibungstext rein schreiben das er 150€ Kaution nimmt, damit der Gast es vor dem Buchen weiss. Auch das der Schlüssel von seinem Bür abgeholt werden muss, wenn man keine 10€ Übergabe Gebühren bezahlen will. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

This Penthouse is located in the village of Tersefanou. There is a small supermarket and a few restaurants and cafes, however located just 2km away from Tersefanou is the larger village of Kiti which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. 5 min from the complex is Dream Land a children's indoor play park with a large pool and ball pit. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 min drive, from the other. The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 min drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 min drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa,waterparks and Protaras are 35 min to the east.Only 8 km drive from Larnaca the apartment is in easy reach of the airport and many surrounding un-spoilt local beaches, the best beach being the Mckenzie Beach a 10 min drive.

Golf: A new 6-star PGA public golf course is currently under construction in the area. This should be completed in 2014. Once this has been built, there will be many opportunities to visit the new shops, restaurants and games areas within the complex. There are also plans for new tennis and skeet shooting academies to be built within 5 miles of the penthouse.
