About Michael Dares
I am a New Orleans native who transplanted to Seattle in 2012 to be closer to my daughter. In 2013 my brother moved to the great North West and it has been non stop ever since. Life in Seattle has been a wonderful experience! Michael works for Amazon and I renovate the Castle, a historical 49 unit building that was constructed as a Hotel in 1918. I am in the process of a 5 year renovation to fully rework and restore every square inch of this beauty. We're looking forward to meeting every single person who comes across our path during this journey. See you soon!

Great room except the elevator didn't work when we checked out & we had to drag our suitcases down
Great room in a wonderful city! Michael was great! The only complaint other than the TV only having Netflix was that the elevator did not work when we checked out & we had to drag out suitcases down 4 flights. We are older (72 & 66) and it was not easy! The room was very clean and close to lots of sights & restaurants!
We loved the walkable location!
Great location! The portable AC was much appreciated.
Lovely studio in a great location
My husband and I loved everything about this place. The location was great with many bars and restaurants on the same block, and many of the city's attractions within walking distance. The property was clean, well maintained and great for two people.
