Small, but very nice in a fantastic location.

Stayed for 6 days with our dog. Great location and property is well cared for. It is on the small side, but perfectly fine for a small family. While there is a kitchen, it is more suitable for reheating than cooking. The Kuerig coffee maker is a nice touch. The location can't be beat for the price. Easy walking to the historic area and a parking spot too!

Great Location!

Great space! Very clean, small but well thought out floor plan. While starting a new business in Charleston, it was nice to arrive each evening and take a walk around the city. It gives you a great opportunity to get the feel of the Southern culture. It was easy to check-in and check out. I hope to return again in the next couple of weeks.

Very comfortable and had a great historic feel. very close to the restaurants and attractions in downtown Charleston. The place was clean and had all the ammenities one could need. I would highly recommend.

Perfect for a stay in Charleston

The apartment is compact; but more than adequate for a short stay; clean. well provisioned, well located. We hope to come back for a week during next year's Spoleto. The location is ideal to walk to most locations on the peninsula.
