                                              Perfect location within walking distance of King Street shopping, many great restaurants and the historic Dockstreet Theater. There are also a couple of nice breakfast places with in 4- 5 minute walk. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very very clean. Melissa, the owner was also very helpful with suggestions for local restaurants, etc. Off street parking was provided which is a must. We had a great time!!!

                                              The apartment was so quaint and quiet. It’s in a great area of Charleston and very close to King street. Melissa was great, keeping in contact with before our stay and allowed us to get in a couple hours early. We loved the space, perfect for two and it was nicely equipped and decorated. The parking space was an added bonus.

                                              I am reluctant to add yet another 5 star rating for fear I’ll never be able to book this sweet little piéd-a-terre again! It’s a 3 minute walk to the corner of King and Market Sts., shopping ground zero in Charleston. It’s also a lovely morning walk to the finest south-of-Broad residential streets, and the iconic Battery. Café Framboise, great for breakfast and lunch, is literally around the corner. The photos are accurate—the kitchen and bath are tiny, but functional—the bedroom and living room areas are colorful and very cozy. It’s a great advantage that the condo opens to an enclosed, off street parking area, with no street traffic noise and yes, the included parking space is essential. Just ideal for a couple. I’ve stayed all over the downtown area over the course of many years. The value and location of this condo are unbeatable.

                                              9 West Street was a delight and we very much appreciated the care and taste that the owners took in decorating and equipping the apartment. Parking was a little tight for our van but manageable (and FREE). Walking to virtually anywhere in the Historic area was easy and fun. Many thanks to Melissa and Rick for providing a warm and comfortable alternative to hotel life. We will be back! Bob & Pam

                                              This is a quaint beautifully decorated 1 bedroom apartment ideally situated in historic Charleston. The kitchen and bathroom are ‘tight’ - 1 person at a time, but it was not a big issue to us. The apartment is quiet and has the added advantage of a car space. You can walk to most historic places or even arrange bike hire as the area is flat with wide streets. A beautiful part of the states.
