What makes this house unique

Set inside an off street gated compound accessed via control box/remote control and has 3 add’l. separate Casitas (all little homes within the compound). Ours is just under 1200 sq. ft. and is equipped with everything for a very comfortable stay. Including radiant heated brick floors, 2 bed/2 bath, couch that makes out into a queen size bed, all adobe construction, decorated in sophisticated Santa Fe style, Kiva Fireplace (with wood), wireless internet, cable TV and all amenities. You are a 5 minute walk to Albertsons Grocery, CVS, Sprouts Mkt, Starbucks, restaurants and more. It's only about 10 to 15 minute walk to the historical Santa Fe plaza and 30 plus minutes to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Hi, Dana and Linda;

Thanks for the delightful stay at your casita last week!! It was just what Maggie and I needed to get away, reconnect and relax. What a great place and location! I will definitely recommend to anyone I know that is coming to Santa Fe. I hope to be back with my husband sometime this summer or fall.

Can you tell me where you bought the copper sun light that is on the wall in the dining room? I loved how the light reflected on the wall from this light!

Take care- thanks again!

The little house on West San Francisco street was just as advertised. It was convenient, quiet, comfortable. We will not hesitate to book it again the next time we travel to Santa Fe.

Lovely and a perfect home away from home

  • 4 of 5

We spent a week in Santa Fe in August and chose to try this casita. Great choice. It is decorated in a Santa Fe theme without being over the top, the kitchen was perfect for the meals we chose to prepare ourselves, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We could walk to the Plaza and other places we wanted to visit nearby and easily hop on roads and highways to go to the farther sites on our list like Bandelier, Taos, 10,000 Waves, and the Santa Fe Opera. We will definitely try to book this casita again when we return to Santa Fe.

great location

nicely done casita that is close to everything and you feel very secure

behind gates. It gets quite warm in the 90 degree weather but the attic fan

helps at night. Owners are very helpful.
