Beautifully updated condo situated 4 blocks from Kits beach, 5 minutes from downtown Vancouver and an enjoyable 15 minute walk along the seawall to Granville Island or 10 minute walk to 4th Avenue shopping!
This high-end stylish condo has wood flooring, gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, in-suite laundry, flat screen TV, WiFi, and secure underground parking and has just been fully outfitted with all new furnishings. 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, futon in the solarium and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Sleeps 4-5 people comfortably.

The suite is within easy walking distance of Kitsilano beach, parks, tennis and volleyball courts, the Planetarium and the City Museum, movie theatres, fitness centres and spas, great restaurants, groceries, markets, and other interesting shopping, including 4th Avenue and Granville Island. Downtown, UBC, & Chinatown are accessible in minutes by bike, bus, car, or walking.
The accommodation was great for a girls getaway. The condo was clean and very well equipped with linens and kitchen supplies. Kitsilano is a lovely neighbourhood within walking distance of the beach, Granville Island, shopping, and restaurants. Although the building itself is quiet, the condo faces Burrard Street which is a very busy thoroughfare. If you like sleeping with the windows open then be prepared for a lot of traffic noise. Fans provided some white noise but ear plugs may be a good idea. The sleeping arrangements allowed for the three of us to have our own bed with some privacy. Although the queen sized bed and pull-out sofa were comfortable, the futon in the solarium was quite lumpy. Lynne was lovely to deal with and is in the process of rectifying the issue with the futon. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

3 of us were in town for a couple days and had a very comfortable stay in this cozy but wonderful condo- close enough to downtown that we could walk anywhere but also nice and quiet in the evenings. Definitely would stay again as an affordable accommodation in Vancouver!
It was a nice appartment in Kits with walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only complaint is that while it does sleep 5 people, it is configured in a way that sleeps 3 with privacy. The sleeping configuration is a nice bed in the bedroom, 1 fouton in what appears to be a solarium (windows covered with drapes), and a sofabed. Private parking, free wifi, and a fully furnished kitchen were all great.
This condo is even prettier and larger than the photos reveal. It truly does have 3 comfortable places to sleep, with some privacy for all. The beds and bedding are wonderful, and the kitchen is well appointed, no scrambling to find something to use for cooking or eating. We were so comfortable, and the rental agent made sure we had everything we needed. We could have spent our whole week just exploring the neighborhood as it's so beautiful with so many good restaurants, and proximity to the beach the sea wall walk, Whole Foods, downtown, bike rentals, it was amazing. The raw chocolate store across the street was the best I have found in all my travels. We could walk or bike everywhere from this location. Also, public transport from the airport to this condo is quite simple. We are definitely using this condo as our Vancouver "residence" when we visit even though we have family there as well. It's a remarkable spot, and I give it my highest recommendation: total satisfaction, total comfort, total pleasure!
It borders on Kit's beach with amenities such as; tennis courts, basketball hoops, beach volleyball and a huge outdoor swimming pool. The adjoining Vanier Park offers activities all year round; Planetarium, Vancouver Museum, Kids Festival in May and Bard on the Beach Playing June though the end of September. It is a great place to sit on the beach and watch the fireworks at the end of July and the first week in August. Take a 20 minute walk along the seawall and you are at the famous Granville Island Market. We are 5 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from UBC and just a few blocks form 4th Ave. a great place with lots of interesting shops and restaurants!
