We just landed in San Francisco on our way back home and wanted you to know that we had a most wonderful and memorable vacation, due in part to staying in your unit. As a fellow condo owner, my wife and I felt this unit offered luxuries and basic necessities unlike any unit we have stayed in before. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. We truly felt we were in someone's home. It was a first class experience! We look forward to returning to the villa next year.
I was born and raised on the Big Island, so am very familiar with the Waikoloa area and know it's a wonderful place for a family vacation. This particular unit was absolutely ideal for our family. The unit as a whole was so comfortable and really had everything we could have possibly needed including beach chairs, coolers, a high chair and even a pack n play. The kitchen was more equipped than my kitchen at home! We absolutely loved the location which allowed easy access to the pool and walking distance to the Queen's shops with a really great convenient store. We hope to stay in this gem every year!
My family of three just stayed here for five nights. We had originally checked in to the Marriott, but the rooms were just too small. I had previously scouted out some potential rentals before we departed for our trip, but I was hesitant to pull the trigger, as we have never used VRBO before. Fortunately for us, we were able to get into this villa for our remaining five nights. The management team was able to expedite our reservation, and we are grateful they did. The unit was terrific. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. Not to mention it just offered so much more value, versus the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable (actually too comfortable!), the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the unit is VERY CLEAN, linens were great, beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrellas were very useful, the location of the villa within the complex is great, the overall location of the complex on the island is outstanding-we would never stay anywhere else, other than Waikoloa. The pictures depict the unit properly, if only to not do it justice. Having the market and Starbucks across the street was terrific. The market is a bit more expensive of course, but does have pretty much everything you need-we even got our water shoes and sandals here, with a better selection than our hometown in California. We used pretty much all the amenities of the complex-pool, jacuzzi, grill, and gym. The unit itself does not have a grill, but it was a short walk from the unit to the complex grill which was clean and very easy to use. The unit has a designated parking spot which is very nice to have and anxiety-reducing. Just nice to know that after a long day of exploration and beach-going, you won't have to come "home" and hunt for a space. Our biggest regret is probably not buying more groceries at Costco and Walmart to cook more meals at the villa, and utilize the kitchen even more. We had never been to this island before, but now it could honestly be our favorite. And this unit is great for anyone, no matter what your agenda while you are on the island. We are just counting the days until we can return and we would rent the unit again in a heartbeat!
We stayed here with another couple for 6 nights recently! This condo is beautiful! Love that it is an end unit with lots of natural light! Plenty of space to live comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked and we LOVED the beach chairs and umbrellas. We added a couple of pool noodles to their supply. The unit is very clean and we tried to leave it as we found it. Our husbands especially loved drinking their morning coffee while watching the golfers go by. We will definitely return!!!
Very nice – better than we expected. The pictures don’t do it justice. This unit is very spacious, super clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped – we only ate out 4 times during our stay. Downstairs, provided a great space for us to all hang out as a family, but there were plenty of other spaces for more privacy when you want – for example the huge master suite with its own lanai. It didn’t feel like we were in a rental, but like a place we would love to live. The property management team was responsive and helpful before, during and even following our stay, and while we didn't need much while we were there, we appreciated that they were just a phone call away. Perhaps one of the best properties in this development.
