This impressive property, one of the largest here, is situated right on the rocks of Madraba and is overlooking the whole surf of Anchor Point. A beautiful round staircase is the centre of the house and leads you to the 4 different floor levels with the large terrace at the top, which offers a wide view over the ocean with Taghazout on the horizon. There are sunbeds and table with chairs. The villa is beautifully decorated with Moroccan materials, to the highest of standards and has a playful lay-out. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen & dining area. The comfortable master bedroom on the 1st floor, with en-suite bathroom has a small salon from where you may enjoy sunsets & -rises. You'll find a large comfortable salon with fire place at the 2nd floor level, with a bedroom overlooking the Point. In front of the villa, right on the rocks, there is an additional terrace that seats you at the water's edge. The grotto offers a cosy fire or BBQ at night.
Our local host Mohamed, with his brother Hicham and sister Mirjam, will welcome you on arrival and help you to get comfortable and get all handy information you may need.
This family lives nearby and are always happy and ready to help and advice when asked.
Surf equipment, lessons, car rentals, taxi services, restaurants, shops, etc. are all nearby.

We are Taghazout Travel, a small international team of like minded individuals who have one thing in common…our desire to share the beauty of Morocco, and in particular the surf and sun in Taghazout & Madraba area, with others.
We work closely with locals and a variety of businesses in the area to give you everything you need to make your holiday special and to give the local community a fair chance to share in the success of the area with all it has to offer.
Together with the house manager Mohamed and his lovely family, who live in Madraba themselves, we plug the gap between the availability of this beautiful villa with the warm hospitality of the key keepers and the guests who wish to experience a water front stay.
Together we speak multiple languages, like English, French, Dutch, Arabic and Berber and are eager for the guests to enjoy their time here in this magical area.
Watch the sun rise or sun set from your window frame, sleep to the sound of the waves and feel the sun warm your bones while lying on your sunbed on the terrace.
Fromout the property you can see the surfers get into the water at the point or the fisherman catching fresh fish straight from the ocean.
Pull back into your fully equipped kitchen for a break and to cool off. The round staircase is welcoming you to explore the different levels of the villa with it's multiple sitting area's and bedrooms.
Ocean Front, full views over the water's edge and horizon.
Awesome host and awesome house! Will defiantly be coming back. Thank you so much for all yor help, and making us feel so welcome. Rose and Oliver
Thank you Rose and Oliver, it was great to have you! Welcome back again soon.
My self and friends stayed in this amazing house for 1 month during December. Upon arrival we were greeted with big smiles and a comforting welcome from the caretaker Mohamed. This is by far one the best houses on Anchor Point with the best views. The house is separated over several floors allowing all to find their own space if wanted. Whether it be relaxing in the sun on either the roof top or front seating area. Every level of the house allows for Amazing views of the ocean and distant mountains. Not only is this location special for its views and comfortable house, Having Mohamed around was the icing on the cake. Any information we needed whether places of interest, restaurants, markets, hiking spots, surf, health care....i could go on and on.. Basically i will not only remember this great location for its great waves on the door step and the sun drenched roof top, waking up to the sunrise everyday but also for the great service and friendly help from Mohamed.
The house itself is an interesting design with a few minor defects, bit of paint here and there about it, but nothing to take away from the experience itself.
Highly recommend this Villa to anyone whether it be a family get away, surf trip or a relaxing holiday.
The best thing about this house is the views from the upstairs. Downstairs is the Dark dirty kitchen. Upstairs is the uncomfortable sofa. One night a large cockroach appeared! We spent as little time as possible in this house. The worst aspect was the building work going on right next door. From 7am the banging started right the other side of the wall. Every day for a week! The beach I'd dirty, the whole of the area is filthy. The roof terrace is totally overlooked. There are dogs and dirty cats everywhere. The bedroom not shown is a tiny bunk bed up a fire escape type staircase. I would not recommend to anyone bothered about cleanliness.
A place of rebirth...We DID really enjoy our stay in this wonderful house (by the way...to us pics are underexstimating) but, most of all, we loved the way HIcham, Mohamed and their sister Marie have us actually pampered with a kindness and a truthfullness that we'll remember for ages. Thanx a lot for everything, I suggest A mission: help Hicham keep madraba clean, this place deserves a big dose of respect. We'll be back sure.
I recently stayed at this beautiful property and you really do get what you see. A spacious property, full of Moroccan mystery and intrigue. It was furnished to a high standard, clean and well-maintained with spectacular views, the sound of the sea, jewels of stars in the sky at night and good food in a selection of restaurants close by in Taghazout or there is a kitchen at the property if you prefer to dine in.
The owner and assistant were very helpful and pleasant and responded to any questions I had very quickly.
I would recommend having a rental car as it may be just a little too far to walk to Taghazout and there is some great coastline to explore which is better to do by car. If you are looking to relax, this is the place to be and I would recommend this property to my friends and family.
We rented this wonderfull and quite villa a bit outside of Taghazoute for the first days of our trip in Maroc and felt at home from the first day on. All important things worked, the ocean view is absolutely fantastic and house manager Mohammed was a very friendly, reliable and helpfull man. You´ll need a car to visit the town because of the extremely dangerous road especially at night. Beside of that, this was one of the best accomodations we´ve been to in Maroc.

Un agréable séjour à taghazout la maison est très bien placé très belle vue sur la mer j'ai rencontré Mohamed le responsable très gentil et très serviable est disponible à tout moment et que je remercie pour son accueil .
Madraba is known as one of the best surf spots in Africa. It is also known as 'Anchor Point' and known for its great surfing, fabulous climate and relaxed atmosphere. The Berber village is set on water's edge and very popular amongst surfers. It is located 20 minutes drive north of the city of Agadir, along the coast in the South west of Morocco and lays a stones throw away from Taghazout. Taghazout is a charming traditional fisherman's village which lies idyllic along a bay at the bottom of a mountain slope. The weather in the area is great all year round and shows beautiful sunsets. It is convenient to visit other villages and towns and cities, like Essaouira and Immouzer. The place is just ideal for outdoor recreation and offers a good amount of activities while staying amongst the local Berbers. Along the coast line you'll find the setting of the beaches to be most attractive, with mountains on all sides. Night life in Agadir is just a short bus or taxi ride away. But would you really want to head out?
Other Activities: Quad biking, Trecking
