2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo Walk To Venice Beaches and downtown

Stay in our lovely freestanding side by side duplex-condo which has that 'old Florida feel' in an updated home Excellent location with all island amenities within blocks in every direction.

Bedroom #1 has queen pillowtop bed, walk-in closet, TV and own bathroom.

Bedroom #2 has 2 pillowtop twin beds, large closet and second bath nearby. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a large fully stocked kitchen.

Hi-Def 38' wall mounted TV in the living room with full cable, Verizon FiOS wireless internet and telephone. A screened in lanai and new gas grill is available for your use as well. In the yard is a picnic table to enjoy your sunny stay! Your covered parking is right outside the door- parking for two vehicles.

The island community we are a part of has everything you need without leaving the island and no need to drive if you choose not. There is everything-beaches,boating,golfing,dining,pharmacy, food shopping(Publix), municipal post office, hospital, blocks of shops close by our place.

Best of all ---close location and super nice stand alone,no steps-one story home -not in a complex- we are close to it all-yet tucked away in a very quiet location with no noise!

About Gayle Callahan

Husband and I bought this place because we just love Venice Island. Beaches are more private than many other in Florida! Park in the dunes! Downtown Venice has real charm to it! Very hometown and friendly community with alot of free or inexpensive amenities which are open to the public (rare in FL). There are no condos or buildings on the closest beaches near us-pure nature, beautiful!!!

This property is great because it is completely updated but has that 'Old Florida' feel. Renters come back year after year, mostly repeat business. We keep it super clean, comfortable beachy furnishing and well stocked for your vacation stay.

The location is very central to many things, and super quiet, you can hear the church bells ring. This along with cleanliness, relaxing feel and furnishings this is why renters tell me they keep coming back.

Fabulous place to stay in Venice!

So spacious, nicely furnished and clean unit in very quiet neighborhood. Always my go to rental property when I go to Venice. Owners are lovely and very responsive.

Lovely wee quiet house close to beaches.

This was our third time in Venice and we continue to love it. Fantastic beaches with cooling breezes and none of the humidity of Orlando. Incredible wildlife. Super selection of shops and places to eat and visit.

This house was a block further back from the beach than we had previously but we still walked there most days and did a lot of walking in general into town and up to a favourite restaurant, Old Salty Dog.

The house met our needs size wise and had everything we needed. A DVD player would be good though and details on how the recycling works would save bothering the lovely neighbour. The garden could do with a little attention and feels a bit dark and overlooked so we didn’t make use of the bbq.

Excellent value for money and plenty space for the three of us.

I needed this trip!

My family and I are already talking about when we can come back to this area. The trip was exactly what we needed and the condo was clean, comfortable and convenient. The kids became obsessed with finding the biggest sharks tooth at several of the beaches. The dog beach was amazing! We found several great restaurants and a near-by coffee roaster. The only think I would change is the next time we come we will stay longer! Thank again!

was a good location for us. liked having a bike. only thing missing was condiments, didn't expect to have to buy those things coming from out of town.

Our place is wonderfully located the southern end of the Island of Venice. Located close to everything walk to beaches,city pier,sharktooth hunting,boating, walking and biking on Legacy Trail within a block, downtown,shopping, grocery store, library,hospital,post office,restaurants,old train station-no need to leave the island!! So many amenities closeby-too many to list! Ask!
