Lambeth Apartment Rental Photos and Description

2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and dining room, bath/shower WC

This is lovely spacious airy and bright boho apartment on two floors in an excellent location close to Waterloo and South Bank and only 250meters or a 5min walk to the underground. AMAZING TRANSPORT LINKS!! The apartment is a retro style, relaxed, colourful and funky place that is comfortable and creative.

There is a lovely large kitchen and dining area with access to a private balcony looking over the City of London. The apartment gets the sun all day so is bright with large windows.

There is a large and comfortable living room great for relaxing and soaking up the sun pouring in where you can just listen to some music or read a book after a hard day of sightseeing and shopping. There is also a bar if you fancy making your self a cocktail!

There are 2 double bedrooms with large windows and great views again especially at night- when you can see the city lights twinkling down below.

Both rooms are large enough to accommodate a cot, which we can provide for a small fee.

There is a lovely bathroom and shower with a separate WC.

The apartment is very comfortable, chilled and creative. Kennington is a easy and friendly area central located.

The views from the apartment are amazing truly and the flow throughout the apartment is very well designed with space to breath.

The place is decorated by an artist as an artists residence. It is quirky, and individual with much of the furniture collected over time with a specific them throughout.

About Christopher

Hi, I am a profesional photographer working in fashion and the arts. I also publish an arts, fashion and culture magazine with some creative friends, as well as a interview tv channel. We are known as 55factory.

I moved to London after living in Hong Kong as a teenager while traveling, I LOVE Hong Kong ! London was where I wanted to study in the arts, and this is where I built my career. I have had a pretty cosmopolitan life, and love the city. Im what you would call a typical city person, and love the hustle bustles of city life and feel at home in the cities.

Christopher purchased this apartment in 1995

Why Christopher chose London

The apartment is very close to the tube station, around 5 min walk, and Kennington Tube station is on the junction of 2 lines, so great for getting all around London. The bus links are also great and very close. You could actually walk to the House of Parliament in around 25mins, so you can see the apartment is central.

Its also a lage place, so is very comfortable with space and big windows and a fantastic view.

Kennington is a really nice area, with some lovely pubs and place to eat. Its also easy and close to London's West End so has great benefits. When I moved to London 17years ago, I wanted to be central and Kennington is perfect.

My apartment is lovely, and I lived there for around 15 years before moving in with my partner. The apartment is full of great memories, and was a very, very happy place that I lived with many good friends.

What makes this apartment unique

Amazing Views over London. Great Transport Links only 5 minute walk from the apartment. Large rooms and big windows letting in lots of sun during the day. Large kitchen with a dining area and balcony. Its really a lovely large place. I love my flat so much.

Very homey; excellent location

  • 5 of 5

Stayed with a couple of friends for a girls weekend getaway in October, had a fabulous time at Chris's place. He is a great host, showed us around the place and was easy to reach if we had questions or needed help. Loved the fun artistic touches without being overly fussy -- the apartment was just really comfortable, clean and well-maintained. That big couch is just perfect for a rest after sightseeing, cocktail time, or nighttime TV watching. Kennington Station was a convenient stop for getting to all parts of London -- easy tube changes and plenty of bus options in various directions, with food market & nearby pubs handy! Hope you'll have us back Chris -- Barbara H.

Spring Stay in London

  • 5 of 5

Coming from France we spent a very good time in Chris's apartment : wonderful view over London, super market and pubs very close, 159 bus and tube so convenient, quietness, so much light and sun... We were 6 but managed very well and found the flat large enough. Really a very good address to discover or re-discover this wonderful city. Thanks to Chris.

Great central london apartment

  • 5 of 5

Thanks to our very friendly, helpful, competent and discreet owner, Chris, we enjoyed a super time. The flat corresponded in every regard to our expectations - the decor, and the bathrooms are certainly far above average and the highlight of the flat. Also very easy to get to sights, attractions and shopping as the Underground is very close. All in all this place is very well worth a second visit.
