With sleeping for six, our luxuriously renovated 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condominium is suitable for singles, couples, families, and people of all ages. Fresh new paint, travertine tile flooring throughout, and our fully-stocked and updated kitchen, are only a few of the recent upgrades made. With new furnishings, air-conditioning in the master bedroom, in-suite laundry, high-quality linens, and hotel-style king, queen and single beds, this 1,200+ square-foot condo will certainly make you feel relaxed and comfortable while vacationing in Maui. Wake-up to the morning sun and enjoy breakfast on our spacious lanai, or grill-up local fresh catch on the BBQ for dinner, all while taking in the majestic views of Mount Haleakala plus a peek-a-boo views of the Pacific Ocean from the lanai and living room.

George and Emily live in Vancouver, BC, and have both been coming to Maui since childhood. In 2012, they tied-the-knot in Wailea, and shortly after, decided to make The Palms their second home.

We chose The Palms Wailea for its proximity to beautiful beaches, short distance from both Kihei and Wailea's commercial areas, the complex's stunning tropical landscaping, dependable weather, and the quiet/safe surroundings.
Great Condo location. Close to the beach and great swimming pool. A nice private setting with great views in all directions. Would rent here again for shure
This property is in an an ideal location in Wailea. Easy access by foot or car to gorgous beaches. The condo is spacious and amble for a family of 6 people. George and the condo service team were helpful and responsive when needed. Thoroughly enjoyable. Ottawa Canada
Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this Condo. The management company was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions and needs. The location is in my opinion is the perfect spot to be in Maui. Minutes away from beautiful kid friendly beaches and the wildlife reserve is straight down the road a few miles. It is one of the best places to go snorkeling on the island. We went almost every morning. The concier at the Palms was very helpful and gave us great deals and advice on all our excursions. We found a nice grocery store call Timers just down the road that has great prices and great meat and produce. There is a nice barbecue on the huge Lanai which worked wonderfully. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a good supply of towels and the washer and dryer worked wonderfully. The owner was great to work with and helpful in everyway. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was nice to have but the rest of the Condo has fans in every room and opens up with big screened openings that let the Breeze cool it with ease. We were very comfortable. We found that we didn't need to pack lunches because the Condo was so close to the beaches it was only minutes away to run home eat and recharge a little. The pool and hot tub were big and wonderful and close to the Condo also. We found a great Ice cream shop and the Best Pizza place in Maui only minutes away. We definitely would stay again and recommend it to friends. We truly had a great ten day vacation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms, Unit #1802. Wailea is a great area, the condo location is a short walk to the beach, The Palms is a beautiful property and the pool area was clean and well maintained. The condo was exactly what we were expecting based on the VRBO description. The noise from the street nearby was noticeable when sitting out on the patio, but certainly not loud enough to affect our sleep in any way, even with the windows open. We vacationed with another family who also stayed at the Palms in another condo, and we could comfortably seat 8 adults inside as well as outside on the lanai, which was important for us this trip when looking for a condo. We had no problems at all during the booking process while in contact with the owner, George. He responded to our questions very quickly, and we received our full damage deposit refund approx. 3 weeks after our return home. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo.
Well, when we arrived the kitchen sink had a huge leak under the cabnit and there was a bad smell. It was very hot in living room, kitchen and extra bedroom. Had to be 85 inside the unit at 10 at night. Fans did not work and the portable fans did not work. Laid down to go to sleep and the pillows where flat and lumpy. I emailed the management company told them I wanted my money back and was going to look for somewhere else to stay. They sent maintance the next morning to fix sink, put new fans in and brought 2 pillows. We had workers there all day our first day, 1/2 day our second day and few hours our third day. Even after the workers left the kitchen sink was stopped up 4 days later and then plumbers had to come in. It still was really hot so they brought another portable fan. The problem is the sun beats in this unit all day you get morning sun where the masterbedroom is and you get afternoon sun in living area in afternoon. The main bedroom has a cooling AC but it only cools that room barley and it doesn't cool the masterbathroom very well. I email the owner and told him my concerns and we asked if we could get a swamp cooler I thought that would help make it cooler and he said he would look into it the next time they come to Maui. My husband text the owner and told we found a swamp cooler at Costco. The owner said we could go buy it but he would not reimburse us. REALLY ??? What are we suppose to do with it when we leave put it on the plane with us. We are in Maui for month and we stayed in this unit for our first 15 days and where so HAPPY when it was time to leave because it was pretty much miserable while we where there. This unit needs some attention and upgrades. Carpets need cleaned and screens replaced and bathrooms need upgraded for the money you spend a night for this unit you can find a much nicer place then this.
We enjoyed our stay at the property. Nice tile floors. Appliances and cooking supplies provided. Grill and beach appliances provided as well (wave boards, coolers, chairs, umbrellas). Awesome.
One AC in master bedroom, but rooms stayed cool at night.
