BEAUTIFUL GULF AND GARDEN AREA VIEW - 5-STAR RATED- (21 Reviews). #208 is Newly Decorated - Bright and Colorful with beach paintings and island decor. Plantation Shutters in living room and bedrooms. Private lanai off of living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has King Sealy Posturepedic mattress and comfortable mattresses in guest bedroom, as well. The twin beds in guest bedroom can be bridged into a king bed, if desired, with advance notice. Both bedrooms have private bathroom with grab handles in shower and bathtub areas, toweling, hair dryers, and bath supplies.
This beautiful condominium is updated and has all of the amenities you are looking for in an island vacation spot (CHECK REVIEWS). No VRBO/HomeAway fees.
Great location on the 3rd floor, and readily accessible to the parking area & elevator. A view of the gulf and beautiful garden/pond area from the living room and bedroom lanai (see pictures). Great privacy on the outside lanai (not looking onto other porches). Only steps through our garden/pond area puts you on our private beach.
There is a large heated swimming pool, gas grills, tennis court, shuffleboard, laundry room, and a shell cleaning sink next to the pool area. All these amenities are only a few steps from our building. Also, a big plus is our friendly and capable office staff - ready to serve you.. Convenient parking in front of our building, with easy access to luggage carts and elevator.
BICYCLE RENTALS available at the office for that leisurely tour of the island, on the paved bicycle and walking paths. Also, beach towels are available at the office. Our complex is close to island restaurants and shops on Sanibel, yet out of the heavy traffic area. A public golf course is only 1 block away. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as on the outside screened lanai. Large flat-screen (Samsung Smart) TV/blu-ray DVD in living room, along with AM/FM/CD player unit and a small library of books, CD's, and DVD's. Flat-screen TV's/DVD's are in both bedrooms, along with walk-in closets, clock radios, and a safe for valuables in the master bedroom.
Kitchen is fully-equipped- new stainless steel appliances, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender, kitchen utensils and dishes. Granite counter tops and new cabinets. A 'starter package' of coffee, soaps, dish towels, paper towels, trash bags, etc. is provided.
If you have a little one, a "Pack and Play" is available upon request.
Pool floats, a large beach umbrella, chairs, and other beach items and toys are provided,- kept in our private storage closet just outside the front door.
One of the popular island restaurants is right next door, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner (along with 'Happy Hour' specials).

We live in Brentwood, TN (Nashville area) and have been long-time fans of beautiful Sanibel Island; in fact, we were married there. We collect sea shells, which is just one of the many reasons that we love coming to Sanibel and have shells displayed in the dining room curio cabinet for guests' enjoyment, as well as our own. Carol paints, and has several of her sea shore paintings in the unit.
We purchased condominium #208 for the porch privacy and view, and like to continually update the unit for guests' enjoyment, as well as our own.
This AAA rated gulf-front complex has always maintained the beautiful grounds and tropical foliage that make this beachfront complex such a paradise to stay at. Unit #208, a 5-star rated condo, is continually upgraded and maintained, making this a wonderful 'getaway home' for you and your family to enjoy.
Unit #208 is close to all amenities in this beachfront complex: a large (heated) swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, laundry facility, a private beach, administrative office - all within steps of the condo. The condo has a private lanai that doesn't face multiple condo porches. Also, a top-rated island restaurant is next door, and just a block away is a beautiful 18-hole public golf course and club house restaurant. All of the other wonderful island restaurants and shopping areas are conveniently-close to our condominium; however if you prefer to dine-in, our condominium has a fully-furnished kitchen. The barbecue grills are also adjacent to our condo building Beach chairs and beach umbrella are furnished; and in case you want to bicycle on the miles of paved bicycle paths, bicycles are available for rent at the office.

We loved Mike and Carol's condo in Sanibel. We had everything we needed. They have a lovely porch and living area as well a comfortable beds. The pool and grounds are very nice. The beach was lovely, with no crowds and beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend.
This was a great condo and had everything we needed to have a perfect vacation. Mike and Carol have this condo decorated beautiful and very well equipped. We loved sitting on the spacious porch and listening to the sounds of the ocean. We were so surprised to find that the beach is only steps away. We also loved going to the pool and using the bikes. The condo also comes with 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and a beach car. This condo is a great location and only minutes to all the amazing shops and restaurants on Periwinkle Way. We only ate out one evening at the Mad Hatters which was excellent but pricey. Anyone who rents this condo will be pleasantly surprised. We are looking forward to returning to this condo again next year. We had such a great time!
Family of 6 on our first Florida vacation - we had a blast and the condo was amazing!! So much room, quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is great and the private bedrooms were beautiful and spacious. We ranged in age from 18 to 78 and everyone had a great time and loved the accommodations! The artwork and beach motif were lovely. Mike & Carol were wonderful and gave us great lists for eating out and places to see. Highly recommend 208 Sanibel Siesta for everyone visiting Sanibel!!! Can't wait to visit again.
This condo was everything promised and more - delightful ambiance (Carol's art work), extremely comfortable and well equipped, super staff and service, and owners who do everything to enhance one's stay. The beach, pool, bike paths, and tennis courts were steps from our door. In our case the condo accommodated two adult couples plus a mother and baby and a wonderful time was had by all. We cannot recommend Carol and Mike Davis's lovely Sanibel home too highly.
My husband and I, with our little Cock-a-poo dog, stayed at 208 Sanibel Siesta for a little over three weeks in January 2016. The condo was beautifully appointed with a comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen, and a relatively private screened-in lanai that had views of the Gulf. We were especially pleased to find this lovely condo so close to the dog-friendly beaches of Sanibel Island. Our pup enjoyed walking the beach and the paths on the island with us, as well as the many dog-friendly outdoor patios of local restaurants.
The office staff at Sanibel Siesta were such a pleasure, very helpful, and the maintenance staff quickly dealt with a few minor mechanical issues that came up. The laundry room was kept very clean, and had several washers and dryers to use.
The owner's artwork added a nice personal touch to the condo, and it was a pleasure to deal with Michael, the owner, who genuinely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He was very responsive via email and phoned us while there to make sure all was ok. The condo has beautiful granite countertops in the baths and kitchen. The central air conditioning system worked beautifully when needed, and was very quiet. The WIFI Internet connection worked fine. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, allowing for great sleeping, either with the slider open to the lanai, or with the A/C when needed. Also a bonus, was being able to watch beautiful sunrises from the bedroom due to the slightly east-facing view of the beach. We loved this place and our stay there!

Our condominium is a very short distance after exiting the 3-mile bridge onto Sanibel Island, and is very close to the great restaurants and many attractions and activiies on the island, such as: A variety of great seafood, Italian, and other specialty restaurants, specialty shops, an actors' playhouse, a movie theatre, J.Darling Wildlife Preserve, miles of walking/cycling paths throughout the island, marinas for boating and/or fishing, sea-shelling, the historic Sanibel Lighthouse, The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum, and many other adventurous and exciting things waiting for you on this wonderful tropical island.
