Why Virginia chose Breckenridge
Our condo offers a superb value anytime of year while enjoying Breckenridge. It is close to everything! Ski lifts, restaurants, shopping, town festivals, theater and music shows, gondola and free bus access. There are numerous wilderness hikes all around Breckenridge. It is not ski in/ski out, however, we enjoyed being able to ski down for lunch, and head back out for the afternoon. Summer favorite: Rent bikes from Christy Sports across the street (discount for our renters), bike to Frisco, have lunch/shop, leave your bike at Christy Sports in Frisco and take the free bus home.
What makes this Condo unique
location, location, location! Ski down Four O'clock Run, snow permitting, and walk across the street home. There are no elevators in the Park Place complex, no worries, you are staying on the 1st floor! After a long day of activities, or unloading the car, you will appreciate our location. Instead of driving, take a shuttle from DIA. You do not necessarily need a private car to enjoy the area. We recommend Fresh Tracks Transportation in Breckenridge, however, there are several companies offering this service. It saves money and stress of driving I-70 anytime of year. Also convenient and affordable is the $12 BUSTANG ride. Departs Denver Union Station twice daily, and stops at the Frisco Transfer Center. A free Summit Stage bus ride into Breckenridge drops off 1 block from our door. To connect from DIA take the light rail into Union Station.

Location can't be beat!
We had a wonderful ski trip and had a great stay! Walking distance to Peak 9 and to Main Street for dinner. Condo was cute and clean and the beds were comfortable.

Nice property in a convenient location
This is a nice property that is convenient to the Quicksilver lift, Four O'Clock run, and town. It is comfortable and provides all the necessities. Virginia is easy to work with and very responsive.

Great time great place
The condo is convenient to main st and stores with a very short walking distance. The accommodations are great. The owner was quick to respond with any question we had.

The apartment was really comfortable and well equipped. It really was like Home from Home.
The position was perfect for both ski access and for the town centre it could not have been better really. Parking was convenient, right outside the apartment. There was everything you could need in the place to make the stay work. The furnishings were really cosy, comfortable and functional. We cooked a lot in the apartment as my 10 year old had an accident on the slopes and then became ill in the middle of the week, but we were able to manage easily in this apartment.
The owner was very helpful too with allowing us slightly early access and excellent information to help is in our stay. Thank you so much for the use of your property we loved it and will return.
