Why Virginia chose Breckenridge Area

This area offers a superb ski area and convenient hiking and biking trails. The town of Breckenridge has a community feel, not just a seasonal ski resort. There are great year round events here. Snow sculpture, Ullrfest, beer and wine festivals, music festivals, art shows, Riverwalk Concerts.

Summit County, CO Sales Tax rate will increased by 0.6% as of 1/1/2017. Therefore, the total tax rate we charge renters after 12/31/2016 is 12.275%. This new rate is comprised of the following:

Colorado Sales Tax 2.900%

Summit County Sales Tax 3.475%

Breckenridge Sales Tax 2.500%

Breckenridge Lodging Tax 3.400%

Total 12.275%

We include all taxes in our quoted nightly rate. We pay taxes on the cleaning fee as well.

Ski down Four O'clock Run, snow permitting, and walk across the street home.

There are no elevators in the Park Place complex.

After a long day of activities, or unloading the car, you will appreciate our 1st floor condo.

Close to wonderful shopping and restaurants.

Instead of driving, take a shuttle from DIA. With our location, you do not necessarily need a private car to enjoy the area. We recommend Fresh Tracks Transportation in Breckenridge, however, there are several companies offering this service. It saves money and stress of driving I-70.

Condo was warm and cozy!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was warm and cozy and well equipped with what we needed. Plus, the location was great and we enjoyed the ease of being on the first floor. We were a little bummed that the fireplace was still out of order and that the inside hot tub at the pool was also out of order.

Owner's Response: Courtney, Thank you for your review. Our fireplace is now back in working order with a new electric insert. We were unable to replace it with a gas fireplace, as the chimney chase is damaged, and we cannot have venting put up through the existing space. Which hot tub was out of order? The upper village complex, or the one here at the Park Place complex? We hope to have you return for another stay in the future. Virginia

Great Property - Great Owners

A terrific four days for 2 couples. Perfect for us - two large bedrooms.

Easy to get to the slopes and town.

I communicated with the owner, Virginia, a number of times and she was always very helpful and gracious.

Hope to return next year.

Perfect Location for Skiing and Dining in Town

The location of this condo was perfect. Just a block to town and easy access to the Snowflake Lift. You could walk up the hill (5 minutes) to the lift or take the short bus ride, which we did, since the bus comes every 9 minutes. You can stay on the bus to get to other parts of the mountain too. Best yet, you can ski close in to the condo...just cut through the Pine Ridge Condo sidewalk and you're back at the condo. No need to deal with buses on the way home.

The condo was well equipped and looked to be newly renovated. We cooked in three nights and made good use of the crock pot, coffee makers, and various spices and other condiments already in the house. Both bedrooms had en suite bathrooms which is super nice. Condo had a nice long dining room table to accommodate a big family or group. Also, this condo is on the first floor which means you don't have to haul your stuff up flights of stairs. Access to the condo was very easy. Condo had numerous hooks for coats, hats, towels, etc which was nice. Also liked the outside closet to store skis/boards. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Also really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant, Asobi which was close by.
