Incredible place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. We came up for my sons wedding at a local venue and really enjoyed the convenience, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the PM for this place. The PM checked in with us on our arrival date to confirm everything was ok. We kept in touch during the stay if there were any needs we had. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. It’s clean, has ample beds for all the guests, is comfortable and close to pretty much everything around there.

We loved staying here!! We spent the weekend here for the winter carnival in McCall and this property was the perfect place to stay! It was just far enough away that we were away from the crowds but close enough not to have a long drive to town to attend the parade and look at the sculptures. We hope to stay here again in the future. It had just the right amount of space for my family and me and it was so convenient! If I could, I would give it a perfect 10!!
Great place! Perfect for our family!
This place was in a great location for skiing at Tamarack. It was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved staying here and will definitely use it again. No issues getting in or out.
Great place for our large family!
Great location for winter play. The house fit our large family and the owner was very helpful when we had questions. Great experience and I would recommend staying.
Major problems with check-in
The property was fine--spacious and neat and tidy. The master bed was comfy. The problem was that we couldn't check in at all our first night because the door code we were given didn't work!! This property is managed by the Evolve Vacation Rentals, and we were also given a local contact person's number. Neither could be reached that first night beginning at 4:00 pm Mountain Time. Luckily we finally got ahold of VRBO customer service, and they found us a hotel nearby that would allow pets (which was the reason we had rented this property), and VRBO paid for the hotel for us. But after all was said and done, between the time we spent trying to reach the local contact and Evolve, and finally having VRBO find us a place to stay, it had eaten up 3 hours of our time. And staying in a small hotel room, with a dog, 2 mountain bikes, and hiking gear, was certainly not idea, and was why we had chosen to rent the townhouse. We finally got ahold of someone the next morning from Evolve, and they were able to contact the owner, who came over and changed the code. The owner did refund one night, and Evolve kicked in some of the rest. We did not ever get an apology from the owner and never even heard from the local contact person at all. When we finally did reach someone from Evolve the next day, the customer service agent (Emmie) was great and got ahold of the owner for us (we did not have the owner's number). I think I would be hesitant to rent another property in the future where Evolve is the go-between-- they evidently don't have any after-hours customer service, so if you have an issue, don't look to them to solve it! VRBO customer service was great, and helped us deal with the situation that first night.
