We have stayed in several HomeAway properties and this has to be one of the easiest rentals we have stayed in. There were not a lot of "rules" and we got in and out of the property without a hitch - we did not even see a person. It was clean & modern with plenty of space for our family of 6. We were amazed at how quiet it was and how comfortable the beds were. The eclectic décor made us giggle. We could walk to the pier, beach and promenade easily. We would love to stay again someday.
This was a prefect place, for our girls get a way....so spacious, cozy and very comfortable. Location is fantastic, very easy to walk to beach, shops and restaurants.....thank you, would highly recommend
There were three couples in our party and we all thought this property was a wonderful find. We enjoyed the living areas and outdoor deck. The three bedrooms and three and a half baths were very comfortable and ensure complete privacy. The location was great - walking distance to the beach, restaurant, and shops. The garage was a bonus. Tina, the property manager, was always available throughout the rental process and during our stay. We give this property our highest recommendation and look forward to returning as soon as possible.
This property was such a huge blessing to have found for our family! Everyone had a room of their own and there are 3 and 1/2 baths! The home is absolutely huge, updated, great decor and super clean!! We loved the close walk to the beach and shops! Since we felt right at home and had such a great time we hope to be able to stay here each time we visit. We also appreciated working with such a nice gal that works for the management team of the property!! Thank you so much
We booked the property for a birthday party for our daughter and where floored by the quality of this unit. Loved having 3 bedrooms with bathrooms so everone could have their privacy. Very well maintained and decorated with all the comforts of home. Close enough to the beach and Santa Monica to walk to everthing. The garage was a real blessing and easily fits two cars. I'll definitely book it again! Tina made the process super easy - thanks Tina.
We absolutely loved the place and would be happy to return anytime. Every word of the description was true and, in an unusual twist, the reality was better than the pictures.
The rooms and bathrooms were roomy and well-appointed. The bedroom closets doubled as well-lit dressing rooms, with plenty of storage. The upstairs suite was the perfect place for our son and daughter-in-law and their 6-month-old baby. We spent hours on the nicely-furnished outdoor deck. The in-unit washer/dryer made it convenient to do laundry. On top of all that, the site doesn't even mention that in addition to the extensive cable service, there's a DVD player, and a DVR for recording shows. The kitchen featured top of the line major appliances, and was well supplied with dishes, utensils, and small appliances.
In addition, Tina was nice as can be, dealing with our questions and any minor issue that came up.
