This luxury family condo has the perfect all season location. Sundowner, located on Four O’Clock Road, is just a short walk (or free shuttle ride) to the Snowflake lift or the base of Peak 9. Ski back in from the Four O’Clock run off of Peak 8. The Main Street shops, restaurants and Breck’s many festivals are close by.

This spacious 1200sq.ft. top floor unit comfortably accommodates 8-10 people in 2 bedrooms and loft with 2 full baths. Recent renovations in this unique condo include granite kitchen and bath counters, new insulated door walls, and pine doors and trim throughout.

The master bedroom has a plush king bed, ensuite bath, cable TV and a private deck. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed and separate hall bath. The loft has plenty of room for 4 in two bunk beds. Vaulted ceilings and sky lights in every room --including the loft--allow the brilliant mountain light to stream in.

Relax in the large great room while watching the new flat screen TV/DVD and surfing the complimentary high speed internet. The wood burning fireplace is well stocked -- a welcome treat on cool nights. A large deck off the living area is a peaceful wooded retreat and contains an electric grill. A sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress accommodates a 9th person.

A fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and beautiful cabinetry. It’s well stocked for a sizeable family gathering. The large dining room table seats 8. The granite breakfast bar seats an additional 4. You can also enjoy your coffee or a sunny lunch on the dining room deck while facing the town and the back range.

The amenities continue in the complex. Guests have access to an indoor/outdoor heated pool and whirlpool spa, as well as central laundry facilities with a secure ski locker. This is your ideal Colorado getaway.

Walk to town!

Our stay over the 4th at the Sundowner Loft was great! Wonderful selection of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Nice chairs to sit outside on the deck. Very comfortable beds. Liked the location close to town and walking distance to the free gondola.

Fantastic Property!

Everything was amazing–we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! It was right in town and we basically walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a great size. I would highly recommend this to all of my friends and anyone else interested in staying in Breck!

Loved the condo!

We loved the condo–except the climb up stairs in the altitude. It was great, loved all the windows–great to have the grill on the balcony because we did use it. Perfect for walks to downtown. We always had a parking spot right in front of the stairs. I did quite a bit of work so I really appreciated the wifi–worked well. It was very comfortable, clean, and we appreciated all the kitchen tools and accessories as we split our time between going out to eat and eating in. Nice walk to the Snowflake lift for our skiers. Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying at Sundowner I. We have stayed in places all over Breck, but we liked being on the third floor in this unit with easy and plentiful parking. Lower 4 O'Clock road is an ideal location. This particular unit is a very good value for what we paid. Only bummers were a clogged toilet at the end of our stay and no kindling for the fireplace. This particular unit is a very good value for what we paid; we would stay there again.
