2400 sq ft, 3 story stand alone home with a two car garage - and garage door opener! The home sleeps 10 comfortably (6 adults and 4 children) and includes extremely comfortable, high-end mattresses in every room (including a brand new King bed purchased on 1/14/17 in Master #1) for a great night's sleep.

The stand alone home is an elevated, western-end lot that has the best view in Bear Hollow.

It has two master bedrooms (one with a deck) and a high end king bed mattress in each room. The third room upstairs has a high end queen bed. The downstairs room has 4 twin beds. 2 in a bunk bed setting and two in a trundle bed.

The living room has a surround sound theater setting with a 55' plasma, BluRay player and brand new (installed 9/5/14), high end, Universal remote with exceptional ease of use. The entire home is wired for sound with speakers throughout the entire home, including the outside covered deck/jacuzzi area - which is a great place to spend some time after a big day on the mountain. The Receiver also has a direct connect for an iPod/iPhone/iPad connection.

The fireplace is gas burning and there is a fan in every room. The home is luxuriously decorated and includes exceptional linens on every bed and in every bathroom.

The front loading Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer are upstairs next to the master bedrooms - which is nice!

We also fully stock the home with plastic cups, paper plates, plastic silverware, spices, cooking oils, Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, light bulbs and condiments.

We live in CA by Tahoe with our Weimaraner (Tebow) and our 3 yr old son Zach, who has been a blessing and a joy. However, we LOVE and miss Park City. We both have a passion for the outdoors and enjoy every season in PC. We consider our home to be a wonderful retreat for family and friends to develop meaningful memories that they can cherish for a lifetime. We hope you are able to do the same!

Why Steve Earnshaw chose Park City area

I searched the greater Park City area for a handful of years and had the good fortune to have been given the first choice of lots within phase #2 and #3. After walking the lots, I determined that the best view lot within the development - was the one this house stands on!

The unimpeded views of the entire valley floor and sprawling mountain range will confirm this for you as well - as you sit in the jacuzzi out of the covered deck - after a great day in some of the best snow in the world (just calling it like it is!).

The home is 28 minutes from the Airport to the garage.

After living in the home for a couple of years and making a variety of upgrades (state of the art A/V equipment, additional art work, new linens, home security system etc) we have now put the home into the rental pool - and it's never been in better shape!

We think you'll find our home to be a place that your friends and family will want to return to year after year.

What makes this house unique

After walking the dirt lots in 2004, we realized this was going to be the perfect Park City location - with the best view in all of Bear Hollow Village!

The home is perfectly located less than one mile from the new Park City - which has all the amenities of Park City - without the congestion. However, if you do want to visit old town Park City, it's a short 6-7 minute drive!

New Park City includes the Redstone development = new restaurants, Whole Foods, Smith's grocery store, banks, a couple of gas stations, Starbucks (or the locals favorite: Park City Roasters!), WalMart and the Interstate 80 - all within less than one mile.

The Canyons resort is 1 mile away. Park City Mountain Resort is 4 miles away. Deer Valley is 7 miles away. Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude are all within a short 50 minute drive. 7 world class resorts - all within less than an hour away. I can't think of another area within the US that boasts of the same access to such world class significance.

Excellent stay in Park City

Just came back from 5 nights at Bear Hollow in Park City and have nothing but positive things to say about this property! The house was in great condition, had everything we needed, and was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of skiing! The beds were very comfy and the hot tub was a big hit. Steve answered all our emails promptly, and sent a note during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to rent again, or to recommend to friends.

Great location and great home

We loved staying here. Two families and 4 kids had more than enough room. Awesome views and one of the few with beautiful mountain views as this is a corner unit. Anything we needed was a text away and Steve and his friends couldn't be more accommodating. House has everything you need including a great four person hot tub. Downstairs bedroom with four beds was ideal for the kids and home theatre audio system lets you really enjoy music anywhere in the home.

So close to Redstone Center offers multiple options for food, shopping, great Jupiter bowl and literally can see Olympic park from the bedrooms.

It was perfect for our families and priced great compared to the others listed. Also other owners keep advertising sites that aren't available so you end up being switched to different units. Steve was up front, quick to respond, and very helpful.

Great vaction rental

Great location, great furnishings with a lot of extras. One of the nicest places I have stayed in the Park City area. Owner was very easy to deal with. Will definitely rent this property again.

Great home, great location!

We had 5 adults and 2 kids and this home was the perfect size. There was plenty of space and the home had everything we could need. Great location off Kimball Junction and close to Main Street.

Awesome home in an ideal location close to everything

We came out for the NCAA Skiing Championships in Park City, UT March 2-9. We had 4 kids, and 6 adults staying in the house and had plenty of space! In fact the layout of the home was perfect as both 3 year old children ran laps around the main level :) We actually didn't even use the 4th bedroom (bunk room) as we had plenty of space in the upstairs bedrooms.

We loved the location as it was close to all the shops in Kimball Junction while also being 5 minutes away from Park City.

When we come back to Park City in the years to come we can only hope that we can stay again!

Thanks for providing such a great home during our stay! Fantastic!

Bear Hollow Village is centrally located to everything! The newest restaurants, Whole Foods, Smith's grocery store, the State Liquor store and WalMart - all less than 1 mile from the house. - without the congestion of downtown Park City. If you want to venture down there, you're within 6-7 minutes! The home is 1 mile from The Canyons, 5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, 7 miles from Deer Valley and less than 50 minutes from Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude.
