Park City Condo Rental Photos and Description

Happy Owners looking forward to sharing our vacation spot!

Our penthouse condo has been renovated and is in great condition. It is located on the third floor with its own private stairwell at the top of the first flight of stairs. It has breathtaking views of the mountains to the south and of Park City Mountain Resort to the west! We have a great housekeeper to make sure the condo is in top shape for your visit.

The condo includes all modern appliances, granite-top counters and everything you will need to cook and eat. From the oil-rubbed bronze hardware to the soft cotton towels, you will be thrilled with the warm atmosphere of the modern-rustic interior. There's even a private, two-person spa located in the unit. The large deck is equipped with a nice table and chairs to take in the awesome views. This is a much better alternative to a hotel room.

Just a few steps from the front door, you can catch the free bus to all the ski resorts, Main Street, cinemas, shops, and the grocery store. Although you don’t need a car, this unit comes with ample parking spaces for three cars.

This is a Sundance Film Festival venue centrally located between Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR), The Canyons, and Deer Valley.

The condo is also within walking distance to many great restaurants and Silver Mountain Health Club is only steps away for those who wish to keep up with their work-out routines, swim in their huge outdoor pool (with large, water park sized slide) or take in a massage.

The rail trail is accessible from our parking lot for the bike enthusiasts with Park City the world’s first ever-gold level ride center by International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) and named in 2013 as one of the top 10 places to live in Outside magazine. Most riding areas are accessible from the condo via the rail trail and heading east to Round Valley or west to the PCMR. There is even a trail up on the hill behind the condo! The Glenwild area is worth the drive to ride Flying Dog trail – I did a return trip on recommendation and was not disappointed! My highlight was the beaver dam that was right next to the trail – on the uphill side! (see the photo!)

In addition, the amenities of this complex also include a heated outdoor pool (summer only), a family sized co-ed whirlpool and a convention center conveniently located next to the reception.

The Prospector Complex has just had a major make over! All of the buildings have been re-roofed, re-clad, re-carpeted, re-painted etc. They have installed magnetic swipe card entries and faster internet connections.

You will enjoy the amenities and value of our strictly NON-SMOKING lovely condo.

Come check out our condo and Park City!!!

Further ski information:

Vail purchased PCMR in September 2014 and is linking Canyons ski resort in a $50 million upgrade, which will make the ski area the largest in the United States. The combined resort has been renamed "Park City".

If you are interested in multiple locations throughout the winter, look into the Epic Pass: Unlimited, unrestricted skiing or riding at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Park City, Canyons, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood, Afton Alps, Mt Brighton, and Arapahoe Basin. NO BLACKOUT DATES. Now includes 5 consecutive days at Niseko United in Japan and up to 5 consecutive days at Verbier in Switzerland and 3 Vallees in France when staying in resort lodging.

About Greg and Jessica

Greg is an avid snowboarder and enjoys mountain biking and Jessica is an avid mountain biker who enjoys skiing. With Park City offering three ski resorts and great summertime MTB riding, we have balanced it in a beautiful and easily accessible place!

Thanks for looking at our listing and please contact us with any questions. We would love to share our little piece of ‘vacation’!

We’ll do everything we can to make your stay comfortable. We know travelling is not easy and we’re sure that you'll appreciate just showing up, throwing the bags in the closet, relaxing and getting ready to hit the slopes.

Greg and Jessica purchased this condo in 2013

Why Greg and Jessica chose Park City area

It is in the best location for a family vacation in Park City. There is a bus stop outside the condo on the free bus network and it is also close to many great restaurants. You could stay closer to Main Street, but that comes along with a lot of traffic and crowds. This Condo is also close to the three ski resorts, but really feels like you're outside of the town because it faces the mountain reserve and has direct access to the rail trail that passes right beside the complex. There is also plenty of parking.

What makes this condo unique

Our unit is large enough to handle a good size family or multiple couples with all the updated features you'll need. It has a deck with great views and also includes a lovely private two-person spa that is accessible to everyone in the unit. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is lovely.

Great Prospector Area Condo

  • 5 of 5

We had a great experience at Jessica's Condo. She was easy to work with and the unit was well appointed. Our group of 5 adults felt very comfortable in the unit and kitchen is very well appointed. The only downside was that the common area hot tubs were closed for refurbishment. I would stay there again on my next trip to Park City.

Owner's Response: Hello Steve, Thank you for the lovely review! We are very happy that you had a great time and loved our condo. We are sorry about the Hot tub, we were told in August that it would be ready for use before Christmas for the winter crowd. We don't recall being notified of the change. Our sincere apologies, we hope you enjoyed the private in-house spa. We look forward to having you return another time. best wishes, Jessica and Greg

Great getaway condo!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our month stay in this comfy and roomy condo! The kitchen is well stocked, our kids loved having their own "tower beds" to claim, and my husband was able to work both at the desk in the living room and out on the deck. We loved where the condo was located- so close to the poison creek trail that heads right up to the Main Street Park, Deer Valley, etc. in one direction and out the other as well for a long ways. I'm training for a marathon and loved hopping on the trails that connect all over Park City and being able to run in the cooler weather and in such a beautiful place! The owners were great to work with- even from far away they were quick to respond and answer any questions. The pool was closed, but the Silver Mtn Athletic Club right next to the complex has a great pool and workout facility. This is so close to the heart of Park City- we'd love to come back for a month or two again next year. Thanks Greg and Jess!!

We appreciate the that you left it so neat and tidy, it was a pleasure to share our holiday home with you The newly renovated pool will and jacuzzi will be open shortly, and available for your next visit. Good luck in the marathon! Cheers, Jess and Greg

Great Park City Vacation Condo

  • 5 of 5

This is a great condo for a Park city vacation. Our party consisted of 5 adults and 2 young children. The condo has excellent sleeping arrangements for a large family. It has a well-furnished kitchen for dining in. The main living area is spaceous. It is on the top floor with very nice views off the large deck and out the windows. It is located right on the free bus route with easy access to downtown Park City, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and The Canyons, and grocery stores. It is also well-located for walking, jogging and biking as it is right next to the rail trail. It's a pleasant 15-20 minute walk to downtown, and the walk along the trail in Prospector is scenic. Easily accessible in Prospector via short walks are a number of restaurants and ski rental shops. This is an excellent choice for Park City.

Nice condo

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this condo on a family ski vacation, 5 adults and two young children. We had a very enjoyable stay. The condo has a large living area, a well-furnished kitchen, generous sleeping accomodations including the window beds, and beautiful views out the windows and on the outdoor deck. Access to town center and the ski resorts is excellent by free bus, and the town is pleasant walk in good weather. The rail trail by the complex also offers opportunities for leisurely walling as well as biking. Several good restaurants are located close to the condo The owners were very responsive to our reservation request; we had no problems during our stay. When we arrived, the condo was clean and fully stocked for our stay.

A great way to enjoy Park City

  • 4 of 5

I stayed here for the month of March 2015, and was delighted in every way. The apartment has a very large and comfortable "great room", with a smaller seating area, a large and comfortable main seating area with an inviting sectional sofa, then a large dining room table and, finally, a very well equipped kitchen.

All three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have an unusual, and very inviting "bunk area" just below the windows. When my adult kids stayed with me, they preferred the "bunk" area, just because it's cool.

There's a fabulous spa tub in the unit... great for after a day of skiing.

Three other bonuses...

First, the *FREE* Park City bus is right outside the condo building, and it takes you to town and all three local ski resorts.

2nd, the "Rail Trail", a wonderful walking trail that accesses many of the great Park City hikes is right outside the front door,

3rd, if you like a gym, one of the nicest gyms I've ever been to is on the condo property, although its not part of the complex, so there's a charge to use it. The Prospector Condo front desk has discounts for day use, or the gym offers a fairly reasonable one-month temporary pass.

Finally, the owners were an absolute delight to deal with.

Two negatives to be aware of... first, we did have a problem with noise from some of the neighbours. The condo management tried to deal with it, but it still occurred from time to time. 2nd, there's not much natural light in the master bedroom - only one small window. If you like a dark bedroom, that's a plus. If you like a brighter bedroom, not so much.
