About Amy Manske
Jared and Amy met here in Breckenridge. Amy came from CT and Jared from WI to ski for the winter, but as the locals say we stayed because of the summers. We have been living in Breckenridge since 2000. We have two daughters, Baye and Brynn. They are 10 and 6 and attend the local elementary school. I am going to focus on our guests for 121, going above and beyond. Jared has his own construction business. We built our home, 121, in 2005-2006. There is a private lock off apartment to the house, which has a separate entrance. You may or may not find us there during your stay.
Amy Manske purchased this House in 2006
Why Amy Manske chose Warrior's Mark
The property is next to open space and is at the end of the cul de sac on New England Drive, next to open space and close to town and the ski hill. It is in the sub division of Warriors Mark, a great location overlooking the town of Breckenridge with national forest out our front door and fabulous unrestricted views of Baldy Mountain. As many of us like to say its just the right distance from town. About 5 minute drive, 10 minute bike and 20 minute walk. Fireworks ( 4th of July and New Years) are clearly visible from our road. Ski In and Ski Out can mean different things to different people. Some homes in Upper Warriors Mark, including ours, are known as Ski In/Ski Out. It is not a chair lift out our door. I want to make sure you realize that if you want to ski in (which we do as a family) you need to walk to the trail head, The Burrow Trail, approximately 5-10 minute walk. Once on the trail head, it takes about 5 minutes to ski onto the chairlift at Beaver Run on Peak 9. To ski out, ski Flap Jack off of Peak 10 and ski the trail back. If you plan to ski in and out, you should be an intermediate - experienced skier. Other options are to have someone drop you off at the trail head (1 minute drive from the house) OR take Upper Warriors Mark free Mercedes shuttle, which stops at the end of our road. It runs every 15 minutes, 7:30 am - 8:00 pm, seven days a week during the ski season. It drops you off at the base of Peak 9 or at the Warrior Mark bus station.
What makes this House unique
121 is located in Upper Warriors Mark West at the end of a private cul de sac on New England Drive, next to open space. It is built next to an open space allowing for unrestricted views of the mountains and is surrounded by custom built homes. It sits down from the road for privacy. You will have great decks, a large driveway area fun for playing games. We have a horseshoe pit, zip line, hot tub, in ground trampoline, sleds, cross country equipment, snowshoes and outdoor fire pit for the s'mores. Lots of deck space with outdoor speakers and lots of seating. You are walking distance to the national forest for hiking, mountain biking & cross country skiing. Take advantage of the Upper Warriors Mark free Mercedes shuttle during the ski season. I am available to meet and greet you upon your arrival and to show you around the house if you like. I will also be available via phone, text and email at all times. I am able to offer concierge services for a fee if you are interested. Please read below. Perfect home for a family vacation
This is a wonderful large well-maintained property. The outdoor playground was a huge hit with our grandkids. My only complaint is that the beds are queen-size rather than King. But to their credit, they were advertised as queens. The kitchen is very large and incredibly well equipped.
Beautiful home in a great location!
The home was AMAZING! It was so clean and stocked with everything one could need..including kids and baby stuff. Amy was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!
Great mountain getaway
The house was exactly as pictured on the site. Quiet, relaxing location with beautiful views. Saw moose, fox, and deer in the yard and neighborhood.
Great location, lots of privacy
We much enjoyed spending 1 week in the - cozy - Manske residence. With all the conveniences of a well equipped home it also offered the ideal setting for a ski holiday. Close to the center of Breckenridge and Peak 9, the property is also located at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac. This offered a lot of privacy.
Thanks for sharing your home and we will certainly be back next season.

Beautiful home that was well stocked for use.
The pictures of this home do not do it justice. We prepared breakfast and dinner everyday in the home and we had everything we needed in appliances and utensils, which is rare in renting a home. Amy was easy to deal with and the kids had a blast playing the video games at the home. Thanks, James Holland
Great home base for skiing
Amy’s house worked out perfectly for our group of nine. The house is beautiful, spacious, and well-stocked. The ski in/ski out is a short walk away. Amy was great a communicating with us before and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. We opted to have Amy cook dinner one night, which was excellent. After a heavy snow the second night, the hosts cleared the driveway before we were ready to head out for the day. Overall, I would fully recommend this house to any group.
