Perfect sized house for our group. Clean, well decorated and in a great location.

It was surprisingly easy to get to the property, especially with members of our group flying in and arriving by train. The house was wonderful; clean, tidy, well decorated and had everything we needed. The location was also great for restuarants and bars.

Overall, I can't recommend this property enough, would stay again

Large, spacious great access

Great location, not far from major roads. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms for all guests. I would highly recommend for large groups or families.

Perfect house for large groups visiting Southampton

Amazing house, easily slept 9 adults with space for more, with large kitchen and large lounge/communal areas.

Located very close to a large Sainsbury's and within walking distance to the main city centre (30mins), local restaurants and bars.

Wonderful house for a great stay in Southampton

We - 4 adults and one baby - stayed in Park House for almost a week. We looked for a place to stay that enabled us to be independent (cooking, big, separate rooms) and relax just short time before Xmas. And we found it: Park House is a beautiful house and is situated very close to all what you need: bus stops, shops, ... The rooms are very big, the house is very well cared, the owner is a very uncomplicated and helpful person. We enjoyed it a lot and want to come back!
