Stayed here to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and had a great time! The property was clean and convenient to town. The view of the water is nice. The owner is also nice and easy to work with.

I cannot rave enough about this place! The condo itself as well as the building were exactly as described, if anything the listing doesn’t do the place justice. It’s fabulous! The unit was clean and bright and cool (a/c wall-units in each room work like champs), the deck was larger than expected and seeing the water and feeling the breeze was heaven. Showers, laundry, kitchen, everything worked great and we had zero problems during our stay. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood is just outside the central/busy area of Commercial Street, so close enough to all the action and fun to walk, but far enough away to get a break and have some quiet. Also a really cute little grocery store across the street with cold brew coffee on tap (priorities!). And Gail was one of the best property hosts I have ever dealt with. Quick to respond, has lots of info up front, incredibly nice and polite before/during/after the rental, including finding some clothes I left to send back to me. She really made the stay enjoyable and hospitable. 10/10 would recommend, I am absolutely staying here again!
Close to beaches, restaurants and bars!
Great week in P'town. This property is close to pretty much anything you want to see on the outer Cape. The boutique grocery store across the street is a little expensive, but extremely convenient. The front deck is a nice place to watch all of the busy beach goers, and also the sunrise. All of the comforts of home, but DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR BICYCLE! That's how you roll in P'town!
Stay itself as well as property was fine, however unhappy with VRBO.
I rented through VRBO because I believed them to be reputable regarding payment transactions. I paid the security deposit for a rental property followed a few weeks later by the final payment amount - I was paid in full. Then I received an email from the property management agent saying that Massachusetts instituted a new tax law requiring I pay an additional $360 for the week's rental. VRBO as well as the managing agent had known that this tax was required PRIOR to my signing the contract & paying the deposit. I was not informed that an additional charge would be required nor was I allowed to cancel the reservation with a full refund of money (I would have lost 50%).
I understand that the rates for the property were set prior to Massachusetts instituting this law, however, again, VRBO KNEW the charge would be required prior to when I booked the property. Although the property itself was very nice I will not book with VRBO again because I can't be assured that being paid in full will be honored.
Thank you for your comments regarding the unexpected, additional expense of the Occupancy Tax. The timing of the roll out of this tax couldn't have been worse. We apologize for you learning about this so late in the process. I want to assure you that we advised our renters as soon as we received final information on the tax. We are not in support of the tax and derive no income from it. In fact the bookkeeping involved in tracking and remitting the tax places an additional financial burden on small businesses like ours. We were made aware of the Occupancy Tax through our local Chamber of Commerce. We contacted VRBO, our booking agency, but were told that although they had knowledge of the tax they weren't able to provide specific information about how it would be collected. We assumed that VRBO would be collecting the tax directly from our renters since they knew about it and they process all fees and payments. Once we found out that this didn’t happen, we reached out to our renters to let them know. VRBO has subsequently begun collecting the tax effective on August 1, 2019 but they made no arrangements to retroactively collect the tax for renters whose stays were in July 2019. We had to manually collect and remit the tax for these renters. The State of Massachusetts provided no information or guidance to us either. We are a small family-run business that strives to provide the honest, personal service to our valued guests. We understand your frustration with having to make an additional payment but please know that we did or best we to make you aware of the tax as soon as we knew about it. The correct amount of your tax was $259.96. Although we could not legally waive the tax we did refund $100 of your rent to you to compensate you for the inconvenience caused by the mishandled roll out of the tax.
Great water views and people watching
Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, AC, Spa Shower, Great Porch, liked not having to keep track of a key, lots of hooks and storage. Would like a table on porch and an awning.
My husband and I had a wonderful time.. condo was perfect and location could not be beat. Thank you!
Our Provincetown location offers all that is magical about Cape Cod all within steps of our front door...walks on the beach, hikes through the dunes, Whale Watching, sea kayaking, night life that starts early in the afternoon, amazing restaurants with a variety of cuisines, marinas, deep sea fishing, some of the best gallery hopping in the world, Drag shoes, live theater, and gay and straight community that mixes enjoyably.
