Faro Vista 35 is one of only two 3 bedroomed apartments in this quiet complex of only 36 apartments. It is perfect for larger family groups or couples and groups of friends.
It is ideally situated on the beach at the edge of the small fishing village of El Cotillo, where you will find numerous restaurants, many overlooking the sea and harbours, and serving locally caught fresh fish.
The property is on 2 levels (1st & 2nd floors). The 1st level has all the living areas - a large open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area - all with great sea views. There are 2 double bedrooms - the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and also has amazing sea views. There is also a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. 2nd double & twin bedroom have partial sea views and face the village. Upstairs the very private and spacious dual aspect roof terrace which has views to the ocean and the village of El Cotillo, and is furnished with sun loungers, and dining table and chairs.

Fabulous property in ideal location
Great views from the property and it's roof terrace. Large clean pool. Easy access straight onto the beach. Short walk to a variety of very nice restaurants. Perfect place to unwind

El Cotillo is located on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. While it has expanded in the last few years, it is still a working fishing village and has maintained its local Canarian character and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday. El Cotillo is famous for its stunning white sand beaches and protected clear blue lagoons where it is safe to swim all year round. For the more adventurous the surf beach to the south of the village is more exposed to the Atlantic ocean waters and here you can find many water sport activities such as wind and kite surfing and body boarding. The area surrounding the village of El Cotillo is of great natural beauty and much of it protected. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities such as cycling, walking, birdwatching. The village itself has all the amenities you will need supermarket, bank, internet, cafés, bars and restaurants serving locally caught fresh fish. Corralejo is only 20 mins by car or 40mins by regular local bus service. Golf: There are now several Golf courses on the island, all within 1 hours drive from El Cotillo.

PLEASE NOTE- GUESTS WHO CHOOSE TO PAY USING THE HOMEAWAY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SYSTEM WILL INCUR A 2.2% TRANSACTION FEE ON THE TOTAL RENTAL PAYMENT. THE HOMEAWAY PAYMENT SYSTEM CANNOT INCORPORTATE THIS FEE TO PAYMENT AND SO NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO PAYMENT BY GUESTS, OR PAID ON ARRIVAL IN CASH. IN ADDITION, THE 30€ SUNDAY ARRIVAL SUPPLEMENT WOULD ALSO NEED TO BE ADDED TO THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OR PAID ON ARRIVAL ALSO. Rates are based on up to 4 people sharing with access to 2 bedrooms. If 3 bedrooms are required for 5/6 people, add 50€ to these rates. Sleeps 6 people maximum plus one additional child under 10 years can be provided with a fold down bed charged at 70€/week. All local taxes are included. Peak season rates apply in July - Mid September and at Easter, Christmas and New Year. Payment in Euros preferred. A supplement of 30€ will be applied for all Sunday arrivals and for arrivals on 25/26/31 Dec & 1 Jan. Refundable breakages deposit to be paid on arrival (200 Euros or GBP), refunded on departure, subject to inspection of the apartment.
