Casa Nova is a luxurious, fully air-conditioned and underfloor heated 3 bed penthouse apartment in the prestigious resort of Quinta da Boa Nova. In an elevated position but with easy access, this beautifully decorated apartment has jaw-dropping views to both sea and mountains. The quality is evident as soon as you enter, with stylish lounge, beautiful modern kitchen, utility room, cloakroom, 3 very spacious bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), one of which is en-suite, and full bathroom. A wrap-around balcony offers stunning views to the sea and mountains plus BBQ and a very private relaxation/sunbathing area with sun beds. Two of the bedrooms have direct patio door access to the balcony. The apartment has been fully equipped with everything the owner could think of for a successful family holiday. Use of the 2 tennis courts is free of charge to guests, as are the fabulous pools (adult and children's) on site. A cafe/restaurant is also situated by the pool terrace area.

This property is legally licenced under Portuguese Law with Alojamento Local (AL) Ref no. 114/2006.

Check-in/check-out times: Check-out is 1000 and check-in 1400 on the arrival and departure days.

Casa Nova - a beautiful santuary of tranquility

The Casa Nova apartment certainly lived up to our expectations. The views from the large balcony were breathtaking. The apartment itself is in pristine condition, with a modern layout, spacious rooms and easy access to the beautiful pool and complex facilities. Casa Nova is in a great location, with the nearby towns of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo offering holiday makers a great variety and good standard of restaurants and bars. The beach at Caneiros is within walking distance although a car is recommended in order to take best advantage of all this stunning region has on offer. I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service which I received from initial inquiry stage right throughout my holiday. Jeremy and all the staff at the Qunita Boa Nova were most welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend the Casa Nova. My family certainly had a wonderful holiday staying at this lovely apartment. Casa Nova is situated in the fantastic development of Quinta da Boa Nova, just outside Ferragudo. The complex has two tennis courts (free use for guests), a fabulous huge adult´s and separate children's pool, plus an excellent restaurant/cafe/bar (The Smoke House). The area is beautifully landscaped and the views from the apartment, with it's elevated position offers fantastic views to both the sea and mountains. The quaint fishing village of Ferragudo, with it's numerous restaurants and bars is a mere 5 min drive. If golf is your interest, there are 2 18-hole championship golf courses within 15 min. All the major attractions such as Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide & Splash are within 20/25 mins from Boa Nova, with the fabulous Caneiros Beach, and it's superb restaurant on stilts, (The Reis Praia) a mere 3 min away. The new Algarve Autodrome (Autodromo Algarve or Autódromo Internacional do Algarve) where formula 1 testing and recent Moto GPS have been held is a mere 30 min drive away in Mexilhoeira Grande.

All rental rates as above include air-conditioning during months Apr to October. A heating payment for underfloor heating (60 Euro per week) is required during winter months.
Rates include maid service once per week, towel changes twice per week, linen change once per week. Anything above this is available at a small extra cost.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance plus a returnable breakages and damages deposit of £100 (or 100 Euro) will be required 2 calendar months prior to guests' arrival. This is returned within 7 days of exit as long as there is no damage/breakage.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

Notes:
Lounge entertainment: There is a 37' Samsung LCD for guests' entertainment. SKY free sat TV channels and DVD. The lounge is fully air conditioned and for winter, underfloor heating can be utilised for an additional charge. However the extremely efficient log burner emits amazing heat and guests only have to pay for logs. All bedrooms and lounge have full air-conditioning. All bedrooms and both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The wrap around balcony has a gas supplied BBQ with large table and 6 comfortable chairs for al fresco dining. The views towards Portimao and sea whilst sat at this table are truly amazing and creates a fabulous ambience during the evening. Sunbeds are also available on a small terrace beside the BBQ.
