Come and enjoy one of the largest and favorably located Ski-in Ski-out condos in Breckenridge. Skiwatch 432 is the largest unit in the building but it is an ideal place to stay no matter how many are in your group.

The unit is a large 3 bedroom 3 full bath two story (over 1,600 square feet) completely renovated condominium. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, heated slate floors and professionally decorated with all the right touches. Very clean and comfortable and a perfect home away from home.

This is a phenomenal location for any ski enthusiast or first-timer and at a price that is significantly less than other options located on Peak 7 and 8 such as One Ski Hill Place and Crystal Peak Lodge ---- yet with the same quality interior. Enjoy the comfort & convenience of being right on the slopes and having immediate access to a variety of trails -- novice, intermediate, advanced and expert. There are two high-speed quadchairs directly in front of Skiwatch, the Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Superchairs. Just put on your skis and head 100 yards down the hill to catch a ride. Peak 8 has over 1100 skiable acres out of the 2358 acres available in Breckenridge. Peak 7 has over 300 acres which can be accessed from Peak 8. Peaks 9 and 10 are connected by lifts with Peak 8. The Ski School and Kids' Castle are located at the base area below our building. Breckenridge lift tickets are interchangeable with Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, and other Vail Resort Ski Areas. The base area also has the Ski Hill Grill restaurant, T-Bar lounge and a ski shop. You can also access the BreckConnect gondola, which transports you to Peak 7 or directly into town, where you will find restaurants, shopping, breweries and the Breckenridge night life.

The building has attached, private, covered parking on two levels, so no need to worry about the elements when coming to or from your car. In the last two years, the building has undergone extensive interior and exterior renovations to update décor and improve appearance.

After a great day of skiing on our world class slopes, relax by the fire while you enjoy the beautiful views that our unit has to offer.

About Robert Arensberg

My parents started taking my four brothers and our sister on ski trips to Breckenridge from our small town in northeastern Kansas back in 1977. We fell in love with the place so much so that we returned every year. We have many fond memories of our time at Breck and can't believe it has been over 30 years since we first visited. We all currently reside in the Kansas City area and continue to spend time there in the winter but we make it a point to go back during the summer too. It's great to be able to take our kids to a place we enjoyed so much growing up.

Why Robert Arensberg chose Breckenridge Area

When we traveled from our hometown to Breckenridge, Skiwatch was the very first unit we ever stayed in. From that point on, we always returned and grew accustomed to the convenience of simply putting on our gear and skiing down to the lifts. When the unit was up for sale, we didn't hesitate a minute and it has remained in our family ever since. We started renting it shortly after we bought it so that other families could enjoy it as much as we had. We recently remodeled the entire unit, tearing it down to the studs. We made significant modifications and our desire was to update it in such a way as to provide a wow factor for anyone who stays here. Based on the feedback, and the fact that recent building renovations incorporated our design elements, we succeeded in our efforts. We added a full bath to the upstairs bedroom, created a more open concept kitchen/living area and expanded room for storage. It is spacious and comfortable.

Breckenridge is a great area. It is unlike other ski resort destinations in that the town was here long before anyone took to the slopes. Gold was first discovered along the Blue River, which runs through town, in 1859. Breckenridge does contain more than 350 historic structures, making it the largest historic district in the state of Colorado. It is a great town to walk around in with plenty of shops and great restaurants to choose from. It has charm and character which always brings us back.

What makes this condo unique

There is no doubt that the greatest feature of this unit is the fact that you can grab breakfast, put on your ski outfits, put on you skis, and head down to the lift. It is so convenient that it's hard to beat. When you are tired or hungry, just ski in and take a rest. With the sun out and shining on the deck in the afternoon we have often found ourselves sitting outside to enjoy the weather.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Skiwatch. The views from the oversized balcony were fantastic! The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed during our stay. The owner of the condo was very nice and quick to respond when when we reached out with a question. You can't beat the price to stay in such a beautiful condo with such incredible views. We will definitely stay at Skiwatch the next time we visit Breckinridge!!!

I wish I could give it six stars! We came to Breckenridge for a summer getaway and were very impressed with the accommodations at Skiwatch. Unit 432 was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have possibly needed. The loft, with its private bath, was the perfect spot for the teenagers in our group. The other two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The large deck was the perfect spot to watch the park and just take in the mountain.

The owner was great! Robert was very attentive and easy to work with. You cannot go wrong with this condo! We will definitely be back!

Location Location Location.. 5/5 Indeed !

This season we took a couple trips to Breckenridge. One with adults and another with our family with 5 kids. Our experience here at Ski Watch was absolutely PERFECT on both occasions. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home.. We had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of seven after long days on the slopes including plenty of space to sleep our family and another last second guest family of four. Our adult trip was absolutely awesome.. Location, location, location. The ability to drop right in and out from the slopes there at the condo by the jacuzzi was a plus. We had a couple people that were unable to ski for various reasons and this made everyone feel part of the days ski activity. During our family trip with children, this was especially a major PLUS.

I can't say enough about Robert and his going the extra mile with his hospitality to make sure we were having a wonderful time. Thank you Robert for providing such wonderful accommodations for us to create the wonderful memories we did. We have stayed at other places in Breck and this is all I have to say.. By far the best, simply Premiere !!

We are already looking at dates to come back !!

Incredible Location and an Incredible Condo

Wow what a location and view of the slopes. Where else can you walk out the back door of your condo and ski down to the ski lifts. The view of the slopes from the deck was amazing. Loved the view of the slopes from the living room too. The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. The kids loved the loft and we loved the heated floors in the bathroom, hall and kitchen area. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family.

Tremendous location with great amenities!

My family and I spent a week at Breckenridge and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location at the base of Peak 8 was tremendous and provided a true ski in / ski out experience. The unit has plenty of space for large families and the recent renovations are top notch. The complex has wonderful amenities including two hot tubs overlooking the slopes, sauna, ski lockers, and private/covered parking which was nice since we had 40+ inches of new snow during our visit. The owner (Robert) was absolutely wonderful to work with! We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a true ski in / ski out experience at a reasonable price!

As Good As It Gets!!

Condo was everything we had imagined. Owner is SUPER to work with! Perfect ski-in ski-out set up!! Easy access to gondola to get downtown--FREE!! Floor plan provides for lots of privacy in bedrooms. Kitchen was abundantly stocked. Loved the heated floors!!! Bathrooms were new and clean. Awesome view!! Definitely top notch!!

Sevens & The Living Room

The property is located at the base of Peak 8 ski area in Breckenridge, Colorado. There are two restaurants within walking distance of the condo in case you want to forgo a trip into town. Sevens, located at the base of Peak 7 and The Living Room which is in One Ski Hill Place located below Skiwatch. If you prefer a night out, take the time to walk around on Main Street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. It's a very quaint town and has tremendous character.
