|Minimum Stay||2 - 3 nights|
From your perch on the balcony of this third-floor condo with room for four on the Oregon Coast, you'll have a gull's eye view of the long, sandy beach (just half a block away), and you'll be just 10 minutes from the center of Lincoln City with its shops, galleries, and eateries.
You'll have no problem tuning into the ocean atmosphere with the rhythm of the surf nearby, the crisp smell of sea air out on the deck, and nautical references like shells and ships adorning the walls. When those occasional gray skies appear overhead, raise your feet on the plush recliner, settle in, and watch a flick on the DVD player. But before you sit down, go out into the kitchen (complete with stove, microwave, and dishwasher) to grind your favorite beans in the coffee grinder and savor the same great cup of coffee you enjoy at home.
Sea Shell will sleep four comfortably. The single bedroom is roomy, has a comfy queen bed, and a decor (including shell-themed linens and pictures) that evoke the beautiful Pacific right outside. There's also a flat screen TV so you can catch that late-night show before turning out the lights. Two other fellow travelers can bed down on the full-sized, pull-out sofa bed in the living room. An unexpected surprise is the full second bathroom, affording you additional privacy and less wait time.
This home comes with its own parking spot for one car (please do not park on the street).
Lincoln City has seven miles of beautiful beach with 15 access points, where you can play in the sand, stroll in the rhythmic ebb and flow of the waves, or launch your kite into the ever-present Lincoln City wind. A game of golf is just 15 minutes away at renowned Salishan Resort, or head to Chinook Winds where you can also take your chance with Lady Luck at the casino. When the weather's inclement, sharpen your cooking skills with a class at Lincoln City's Culinary Center or pay a visit to the nearby outlet mall.
This charming getaway has all the essentials you'll need to enjoy a weekend at the beach, and plenty of personality to help you feel right at home.
**Please note: the spa is under repair and not accessible until further notice, and the pool is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thank you!***
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
For anyone needing a quaint, small-town atmosphere, I would recommend Lincoln City as a destination. Situated along Hwy101 (everything you need you can find along this corridor, as the town itself runs the length of it)
In particular, I found the accommodations at the Sea Shell in Lincoln City exactly what I needed for my getaway. I spent a total of 9 days/9nights here and I can tell you, with all honesty, I came back much the better for having gone.
If you have simple tastes and are on a budget, I would highly recommend Sea Shell at Surftides Plaza, Lincoln City!
I will definitely be back!
Very convenient location for beach walking and area shopping.
The screen on the balcony was a huge bummer and hindered the ocean view significantly.
Hide-a-bed is extremely worn out and hurts! Bring your air mattress for sure! Very nice view and generally a nice place otherwise.
Great family getaway, ocean views/breeze, short walk to beach. Also enjoyed Devil's Lake nearby for warm swimming hole, more summer-like experience.
