The pool is 9.5 x 4.5 metres and is a tasteful blue green which blends in more with the leafy surroundings than the usual bright blue. There is a pool alarm but no fencing, just a low wall separating the pool area from the house. There are also three steps leading down to the pool from the villa level.
The property is completely enclosed by fencing and has many olive, fruit and nut trees on the land.
The main entrance has electric gates and a video entry phone system. Part-way up the drive there is parking for two cars on a paved area near the main area of olive trees. Overflow cars can be parked on the land near the main entrance. There is a separate pedestrian entrance.
There is an outside WC situated behind the summer kitchen.
