The condo is beautiful and comfortable.Location is excellent.Short ( 2 block) walk to Broad and "Printer's Alley" is a quick( 2 block) walk.Betsy and the crew at the property are the BEST.You can't go wrong with this rental.
Really nice place and always tons of fun in Nashville.
5 stars on everything.
I wasn't involved in picking accommodations, we left that up to the wives. This place killed it. We were two couples and we split it. We were impressed as soon as we walked in, and over 8 days & 7 nights, thoroughly enjoyed staying there.
The two rooms were great, the kitchen & front room were as livable as you could imagine, and the covered patio off the back was great for morning coffee and twilight drinks overlooking the river & stadium. It was very quiet, which is amazing for how close it was to Broadway. We felt comfortable and totally secure the whole time there.
The location is perfect for walking the main street, just three or so blocks down 2nd street, and 2nd street has killer eats up and down the street. Great market just a walk up the street for supplies. The owner provided an excellent pdf which is totally accurate for supplies, restaurants, bars... everything. We had a car rental, and with the parking pass for the garage across the street, we could do anything anytime, but seriously, we just pretty much walked everywhere, and took a couple of ubers back a few times after a walk up to the gulch. It is a killer location if you're going to town for music or a game.
We went for music. The best house band was 11am-2pm at Nudies playing several times a week, and the best music of the trip was at The Station Inn up in the gulch area, and catching Vince Gil sit in with The Time Jumpers at 3rd & Lindley. If you're looking for good music just trippin' up & down the street, look for the bands with a pedal steel player. They always had a better sound (except for that house band I mentioned.... but the fiddle player took care of that).
We've stayed in some seriously nice places over the years, and if we go back to Nashville (and I can easily see that happening), I won't hesitate to book this place again. We wouldn't bother looking any further. It was everything that was advertised, and it exceeded everyone's expectations.
This place is in the heart of downtown action!
From the moment we checked in we felt welcomed and secure.
Had an issue with the lock on the front door, Betsy was there and remedied it quickly.
Next time in Nashville, I will definitely look up Betsy!
