You will absolutely love this completely renovated Gulf front top floor corner unit and its fresh surroundings. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean in the very desirable Sand Pointe condominium complex with a new open floor plan and furnishings. The designer kitchen is stunning - from stainless steel appliances to beautiful all-wood cabinets to granite countertops. No expense has been spared!

The bathrooms are also remodeled and luxurious with white cabinetry paired with rich granite and corian countertops. The master bath boasts a tiled walk-in shower with custom glass doors and the guest bath has a neatly tiled shower/bath combo. The unit also has newer doors and trim, crown moldings, plantation shutters, tile flooring and carpeting throughout!

The island-themed living room, dining room and bedroom furnishings will transport you to a beautiful island oasis on the inside while you enjoy the most amazing direct Gulf-front view of the ocean – nothing separates you from the vast ocean view except for some sand and a few swaying palms. This is the only top floor corner unit available for rent in this complex that can offer this incredible view. We had the most perfect time in the most perfect place, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Your condo is just stunning and so well equipped, with so many thoughtful touches we can’t thank you enough for letting us share it.



The view from the condo was amazing and I have to say we spent quite a bit of time just sitting on the balcony drinking coffee or sipping wine, it was so relaxing just watching the sea and wildlife. We also spent most mornings walking the beach and collecting shells, just a perfect way to start the day!



We really hope to return to what is a very special place, so thank you again for providing such a lovely condo for rent.

While relaxing to the sound of the ocean you can enjoy the new island themed furniture, a king bed, luxurious bed linens, carpeting, richly painted walls, crown molding and a new 32 in LCD flat screen TV. Additionally, a chest 'hide-a-bed' (twin size) is included in the master and can easily be moved to the location of your choice. A full walk-in closet provides more than ample storage. The master bath is attached. The remodeled guest bedroom has two twin beds and Floridian themed furniture and décor in calming hues of green and taupe. Enjoy the luxurious bed linens, carpeting, and rich painted walls. A 32 in LCD flat screen TV is available for viewing. Additionally, a large closet is available for storage. Priceless!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Sanibel vacation and it was largely due to our stay at Sand Pointe 137. What an awesome property - the unit is very nicely finished, decorated and well equipped. We had everything we needed including a magnificent view. We spent a lot of time on the screened patio when at the unit. We otherwise took advantage of the beautiful and secluded beach. The pool worked very well for a change of scenery and provided the kids a great place to play and stay cool. Kari was fantastic to work with and greatly appreciate her thoughtful hospitality. The beach and pool items provided in the storage unit were greatly appreciated since we traveled by air. Thank you Kari for thinking of everything! We look forward to our next visit to Sanibel and Sand Pointe 137!

Peaceful comfort

This island, this condo! This is the best condo we have stayed in since coming to Sanibel! Beautiful views, stylishly decorated, comfortable, and a quiet complex during our stay. Close to many attractions that you may want to visit. Storage closet is filled with great beach items for your stay and was greatly appreciated! Pool was very nice and the pool restrooms were a big plus for when at the beach. Kari was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. We enjoyed Traditions Restaurant just down the road (key lime pie was fabulous!), Pinocchio's, Brian Holaway boat trip excursion was the highlight of our trip, R.C. Otter's for crunchy fish tacos on Captiva, and the Bubble Room for cake! Our family made lots of memories at this condo and Sanibel! Thank you Kari! The Warners, Muncie, Indiana

Delightful Sanibel Island Condo

This is a lovely vacation condo. It had a great view of the beach. It is clean, well-maintained and recently updated. It is located well. The beach is quiet but it is just a quick and easy drive to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. We would like to return for another relaxing week.

Best vacation!

We absolutely loved staying here! By far my favorite place so far. The condo itself is beautiful! The screened in lanai was perfect for reading and gazing at the water! We will be back! And Kari, thank you for everything! ❤️

Beautiful view!

Great place to stay. Our only issue was with the wifi and dealing with the owner on that on a weekend. The VRBO staff were very helpful on Monday and the problem was remedied.

Beautiful clean and relaxing!

Beach at this location excellent. The pool was heavenly. Grounds well maintained and the elevator was not stinky- you know what I mean. Interior nicely decorated which added to the feeling of calm. Only con. I didn't like the sheets from the service company.
