We’re not a hotel chain or big corporation…just a family whose dream was always to own property in the mountains. We love Breckenridge because it’s a real town with a real history dating back to 1859, much of which has been carefully preserved in Colorado’s largest historic district. The skiing is fabulous, but the summers have kept us coming back since 1999. You CANNOT get bored here: outside of the amazing array of winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-county skiing, heli-skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dogsledding, ice climbing, sleigh riding), there’s a dizzying array of 3-season outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, golfing, white water rafting, kayaking, ballooning, swimming, running, tennis…pretty much something for everyone! Our condo is a great, peaceful escape for our family, and we’re anxious to share it with you on your next mountain vacation!

The location at the Village at Breckenridge can't be beat...ski-in for lunch and walk to just about everything in town. Perfect location, extremely comfortable and welcoming!

What a great find in Breckenridge! Excellent location on Maggie's pond and close to everything. Walking distance to peak nine and everything downtown, great restaurants, couldn't ask for better local.

Parking spot was so handy and included! In and out very easy.

We loved the lanai and cross ventilation from great windows. Master suite is superb! Comfortable and all the comforts of home. We are premier elite with Marriott and Gold with Hilton...this condo is first class.

Yes, we heard a little static from the fire dept. speaker in the unit but never bothered us at all. The washer dryer down the hall is very convenient at $2 to wash and $2 to dry for an hour. Towels and sheets...soo comfy, leather furniture hard to get out of it was comfortable. Hope you have this unit available next time we're in Breck!!

Owner's Response: We're glad you found us, and thanks for mentioning the washer and dryer. We looked into having a set installed inside the unit and realized very quickly that the cost to retrofit our condo with it's own washer and dryer outweighed the benefit (not to mention they would have taken up valuable space in the master closet)...especially given the fact that there is a communal washer and dryer 50 feet from our front door! We provide a clothes basket, so I dare say it's no more hassle than doing laundry at home for most people. And since there are only 5 other condos on the floor, the washer and dryer are open and available for use most of the time.

We all enjoyed ourselves very much. The condo was more than we expected. Everything we needed was there. The balcony was great and what a view. Parking was great indoors and convenient to the elevator. Thanks for providing such a great place.

Awesome view

The place is just as it shows in the pictures (which has not been the case in some of our stays at other locations). It was clean and view was awesome. The place had everything we needed. The owner, Joe called the day we arrived to make sure check in went smoothly. We plan to be back.

Owner's Response: Glad to hear you'll be back! We try to keep our pictures updated, even when we add little things like the living room ceiling fan. Like you, we've been disappointed in the past when we've stayed at places with outdated pictures or, worse yet, with pictures that aren't even from the specific unit we thought we were renting...hotels and property management companies are infamous for posting pictures of only their premium rooms and not of the actual place you are renting.

Owner's Response: We have one king and two queen beds that sleep 6 adults comfortably, although another two people can sleep on the queen-sized memory foam sofa bed. Also, the bedrooms are separated by the living area which affords a lot of privacy between the two rooms. With nearly 1,200 square feet of living space, our condo has plenty of room to spread out.

Beautiful space in an awesome location

My family of 4 absolutely loved this place! Beautiful space, gorgeous views, very easy to access, and very quiet community (I couldn't hear any other occupants, though we certainly saw people in the hall and elevators). The only downside was having to leave! My sons are already saying we have to return to Breckenridge and MUST stay at this exact location again....

We had a few small needs for communication with the owner who was prompt, courteous, and helpful in all contact. Thanks so much for sharing this special space!

Owner's Response: You make a good point about not hearing the other occupants of the building. We have a great location on the top floor, southeast corner of the building so we only have to share one common wall with neighbors. Also, we're on the side of the building opposite of the road with only the Blue River and Maggie Pond below. It's a great set-up that really minimizes any man-made noise.

Owner's Response: We really like the layout of the condo. The bedrooms are separated by the living area which affords lots of privacy between rooms. The master bedroom has its own private access to the main deck, and the second bedroom opens out onto a smaller, "Juliet-style" balcony. Both have screen doors so you can listen to the burble of the Blue River below.

Breckenridge 'Free Ride' provides complimentary bus transportation around town. Summit Stage provides free bus transportation from Breckenridge to other locations in Summit County, including Copper Mountain and Keystone ski resorts, Frisco, Dillon, and the Outlet Shops at Silverthorne.
