The Lounge is

The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the building. There is a lift to the apartment, it has air-conditioning/heating in the lounge and both bedrooms. We also offer WiFi Internet & Cable TV with many English & international channels (charge applies).

Spanish TV is included in the rate.

IDEAL LOCATION.: These properties are in an Ideal Location. No car required. You can transfer from the airport by train and then simply walk to the apartments from the station. Timetable available when booking.

Whether you want to relax and enjoy the beach and restaurants or to explore Andalucia these properties make a super base. Easy access to the main roads, and after a day exploring you can leave the car and enjoy all the city has to offer.

AIRPORT TRANSFER: Transfer from the airport is easy and economical. Trains leave the airport every 30 minutes. Cost 3 Euros per person. Journey time 30 minutes. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the station in Fuengirola.

CAR HIRE: If you just want to enjoy Fuengirola a car is not required. However if you want to explore the area a car can be hired locally for 3 days at a cost of approx 80 Euros.

A quiet oasis in the heart of the city, excellent

My husband & I stayed in this lovely penthouse for 2 weeks and had an excellent and comfortable stay. The apartment itself is very roomy and beautifully clean, everything you would require is provided. The bonus is the fab roof terrace which was so quiet and relaxing and yet travel down to the ground floor and you are transported outside into the hustle & bustle of the centre and you are spoilt for choice for a place to eat. A mere few steps away takes you to the seafront and again turn back to take you to all the city centre shopping. Easy access to everywhere, no need for a car. When you return back exhausted it is so easy to chill out in peace on the roof terrace, we loved it here. Simon & Dawn are really helpful and they care. Very highly recommend this apartment. A very happy Russ & Caroline

Ideal Location

This apartment is very well situated, only a 3 minute walk to the sea front. Just off "Fish Alley" where you can find an array of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is of high standard, 2 bedroom (1 with bathroom and shower), kitchen, living area, bathroom and shower, and of course the wonderful rooftop terrace. Definately 10 out of 10...will be back here again.. :-)

A great find

A brilliant place in the middle of town. Great for us and the kids. Simon was super in everything on arrival and departure. The rooftop terrace is a great private space (but can be a tad noisy with air con fans etc from the surrounding buildings) which we used daily for breakfast and sun bathing. The place is safe, clean, well equipped and we all loved it. The TV/Wifi package was a great purchase for the kids and worked brilliantly. As did the air con and everything else in the place. Really great location for restaurants, bars, shops and only one street off the seafront. Ideal and would stop again.

Excellent apartment. Very modern and extremely well equipped. Fantastic roof terrace.

We had a fantastic overall experience in this apartment. Booking with Dawn was really easy and very informative. Nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we met Simon who showed us everything we needed. Again very informative and very helpful.

The apartment itself is superb. 2 good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, excellent kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and a very comfortable living room. All these rooms have excellent air conditioning. The main part of the apartment is the fabulous roof terrace which gets the sun all day but also has a retractable canopy to give you some shade. Lovely to sit out on at night as well and very quiet even though it is in the busy restaurant area of Fish Alley. The location is first class, one street back from the promenade and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Also 1 minute walk to Chinorros Square, Constitution Square and many restaurants and shops.

Overall, fabulous holiday.

Perfect location

We had an amazing holiday the apartment was fantastic great size and so clean bright and welcoming so close to the beach and bars and restaurants 2 mins away .

Simon collected us from airport so helpful and friendly

Have booked to go back again in a few weeks

Great place to stay!

Just returned from a week's holiday. Great apartment, spotlessly clean and very central to restaurants, beach and town. Facilities were all as described and roof terrace was an added bonus. Apartment very quiet even though right on top of 'fish alley'. Simon and Dawn - thanks for all of your help, booking made very easy and all questions answered promptly. Looking forward to our return soon.

These apartments are in the heart of Fuengirola. True city accommodation. The streets around the apartments are bustling with life. There are many restaurants & bars all within an easy stroll of the main entrance, the beach and promenade is 50 meters away - perfect for tired little legs! not far to walk home after a full days play. The shopping district is only 100 meters from the building. The apartment is located in a quiet pedestrianised side street, no traffic noise.The wider area of the Costa del Sol has something to offer everyone, from the glorious beaches & 8 Km promenade to museums and historical sites. There are theme parks too and the Zoo in Fuengirola is a must for families.

Golf: We are in the heart of the Andalucian golf courses. Golf parties are welcome. Drive to the golf, then leave the car in the evening and walk to the restaurant, bars and entertainment.
