Sleeping - Master Suite - Large bedroom, with King size bed and sitting area. Walk in shower, double sinks and granite countertops. Flat screen TV. Second Bedroom - Queen size bed, sitting area and Flat screen TV. Third Bedroom - Two Twin beds with Flat screen TV and DVD player.
Exterior Living . Covered private courtyard entrance. Back Patio is east facing with misters with natural gas BBQ, lounge chairs and dining set. Sit on our patio and watch approach shots on the 7th hole. Our patio 30 yards from 7th green
GOLF CART - Owner has 4 seat golf cart with golf bag attachment in garage. Cart is not included in rental rate, however special arrangements might be able to made with owner provided appropriate waiver and insurance is provided, for an additional fee.
PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP - This condo is a NOT another beat up rental unit managed by a third party. This is a second home managed by the owners, and is only available for Monthly Rentals (except holidays) for people to enjoy our home and treat it as theirs

My wife and I have been coming out to Rancho Las Palmas for over 10. years, We love this place. it has such a nice feel when you walk in the door, and has all the comforts of home.. The owners, Karen and Steve were very accomodating and made us feel like we were part of the family. This place is the best location we have stayed at in RLP - its on a very quiet street, but really close to the hotel and to the River. We barely used our car durng our stay. Will be back next year for sure. - Jack and Lorna
