The master bedroom suite (with Old Hollywood Theme) includes a king-size bed, dual-vanity, a large walking closet, and a 47' HDTV. The two guest rooms offer queen-size beds all tastefully furnished with the 'Beetles' and 'Rock & Roll' themes. The laundry room has new washer/dryer, and a professional iron-steamer. *$500 Damage Deposit paid in advance and refundable 15 days after checkout(subject to agreement terms).
*$175 Departure Cleaning Fee paid in advance, but refundable as stated under cancellation policy of the agreement.
*Up to $200 monthly utilities allowance (Electricity, Gas, Water) is covered by owner. Excess over $200 is charged to and paid by renter.
**No cancellation permitted within 90 days of check-in time and all prior payments are not returned. Cancellations which are made over 90 days prior to arrival incur 15% fee.
**Check-in time is after 11 AM and Check-out time is 10 AM.
