This 2-story luxurious townhouse was recently renovated and newly available for rental. It comfortably houses up to seven people, with a hot-tub, fireplace, steam-shower, and a fantastic view of Deer Valley Mountain. There is a shuttle-stop directly in front of the house.
The house is located in a secluded neighborhood, and sits directly next to a beautiful pond, where you can occasionally see wildlife, such as deer and moose, enjoying the water.
Everything in this house is brand new, including granite counter-tops in the kitchen, HD wall-mounted TV's in each room, and hand-crafted wooden furniture throughout the house. The house is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, and bedding. It is approximately 1700 square ft., has queen-sized beds in the two master bedrooms, plus a twin-size bed in one of them, and a full-sized futon-bed in the third bedroom.
The bathroom in the master-bedroom has a shower that doubles as a steam room.
The private hot-tub and the fireplace are perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities.
I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns before or during your stay at our home. In addition, a house manager and maintenance crew will be available in case any hands-on assistance is needed.
DEER VALLEY SHUTTLE – The free shuttle stops directly in front of the house, and goes to the Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge, where you can access the free Park City bus system, which circulates through all of Park City.
The shuttle circulates continuously from 8 am-10 am and 4 pm-6 pm.
For other times, it is an easy 15-minute walk to the Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge
FREE PARK CITY BUS SYSTEM
Park City provides free bus service throughout Park City, with bus stops located about every two blocks.
Winter Schedule: Buses stop approximately every 10 minutes at the designated stops, from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm.
Summer Schedule: Buses stop approximately every 20 minutes, from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm.

Full outdoor maintenance is provided by the Deer Lake Village Community Association. When there is snowfall, the driveways and walkways are always shoveled by maintenance before sunrise.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at this unit and thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit was roomy and well decorated and the shuttle to the ski lodge made it a very convenient location. It is close to old town Park City with plenty of dining options. The kitchen is modestly equipped, OK for casual dining but you'd be pressing to cook for a group if you had maximum occupancy in the unit unless it's basic stuff, but it was fine for the 3 of us. We'd happily stay here again.
This was the perfect location and property for a family trip to Deer Valley. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the bathrooms were exceptional. The family room and kitchen were comfortable and easy to use, and the hot tub and gas fireplace were the perfect end to a long ski day. My son walked in his ski boots from the mountain to the townhouse, which tells you how well situated the unit is to Deer Valley ski resort. We were a quick drive or Uber to Main Street, the grocery store, and the other ski resorts. Jason was great to work with on arrival and departure times, and I can frankly say that the whole experience was flawless. I would strongly recommend this property to others, it was the perfect place for a great family Spring Break.
This was our third time to Deer Valley using VRBO and this house fullfiled all of our expectations. The place is nice and newly upgraded. The two large mater bedrooms with luxorius bathrooms are very comfortable and could as well be a 4-5 star hotel.
The place is perfect for either a large family or two couples. In total the place will comfortable sleep 6-7 persons.
Upon arrival everything was very clean and in good shape, there was even a welcome package with wine and chocolate
Owner is very responsive and accomodating.
In summary we would like to come back next time we are in Deer Valley and would be happy to recommend to friends and family
This is our second time to stay in Jason's condo - it is a wonderful experience! Very close to both Park City and Deer Valley, this place will not disappoint. 2 king master suites is perfect for couples and there is still plenty of room for a few kids too! Washer and Dryer, garage and the private, on site hot-tub makes for awesome after skiing relaxation!
Great location with short walk to bus stop and downtown Park City, easy access with level entry, and top quality 5 Star renovation. This condo is a gem, and is easily the best we have stayed in. It's obvious the owners take pride in this property and want the renters to enjoy their stay in Deer Valley. When we arrived, we had a couple of questions and we got an immediate and personal response. It felt like we were staying at a quality condo of a friend and not just another VRBO rental.
This condo is superb. The interior renovation and the new finishes, fixtures and equipment are 5 star. I've stayed in rental condos for decades and this is the nicest interior I've ever seen. And the owner has added numerous features, touches, and instructional notes that make it really easy, convenient and comfortable. All sorts of sleeping arrangement options. Hooks and mats and towels and shelves and ski gear storage in all the right places. Really well thought out. Great views out the back and it is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended.........although dont book it when I want it.
