My husband and I moved to Park City full-time in 2006 to live the good life. I teach Pilates and my husband is a realtor. We love to ski at Deer Valley, and Rich can be seen on the slopes every day during ski season.

We purchased our ski condo in 2004, and it became our vacation home as we traveled back and forth from the Washington D.C. area. After getting to know Park City area and the lifestyle, we moved here full-time in 2004. We still consider our condo to be our vacation home, and enjoy staying there for the proximity to skiing and hiking.
We are so close to the base of Deer Valley, you will just love the convenience! Deer Valley has been ranked #1 for the 5th year in a row! It is absolutely the best.
The short walk to Deer Valley and the St Regis can't be beat. The condo was well kept and really showed pride of ownership. They thought of everything including nighttime eye masks and ear plugs. The hot tub after a day of skiing was relaxing. Would not hesitate to recommend this home.

We had a great time in deer valley, and the condo was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The slopes are easily accessible by walking or if you don't feel like making the 7-10 minute walk you can cross the street to the parking lot and catch the shuttle. We would definitely stay in this condo again!
Spent the week before Christmas here with our 2 kids. Loved how convenient it is to ski school at the base of the mountain. Very clean, and would rent again!
Comfortable and nicely located for deer valley. Nice to have oatmeal coffee as well as bathroom and kitchen sundries there without having to immediately go out and buy them.
Needs better water pressure That's the only negative.
We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of Feb. The unit worked great for our family of 4. Our kids loved the hot tub and the fact that we didn't have to walk far to get to the slopes. The unit had everything you could want and need. If you didn't want to cook in the location was perfect for going to any restaurant in the area. The owner was extremely easy to work with and we can't wait to come back.
