Air conditioned luxury that is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. This corner unit with 9' ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, is bright and airy. Beautiful new furnishings and s.s. appliances, quartz counters, custom closets, WiFi, 50 inch TV in the living room and a 32 inch TV in the bedroom, makes this condo a great alternative to Vancouver hotels.
The building is at the center of downtown. You'll be able to walk everywhere: two blocks to the famous Robson Street for shopping, Cruise Ship Terminal, Convention Center, Gastown, Yaletown, BC Place Stadium, Stanley Park and so much more. The condo is also only a few blocks from a Skytrain Station. Here the Canada Line connects directly to YVR airport in less than 25 minutes.

I chose this property because of it's perfect location. It is a maximum 15 minute walk away from everything - museums, galleries, theaters, restaurants, Gastown, Chinatown, the seawall for walking or riding a bike.

Sigrid was most helpful acquainting us with Vancouver and all that terrific city has to offer. Fernanda was there to meet us and made us feel most welcome. We will most definitely be bac!
I enjoyed my staying in this modern condo. It's located in downtown with convenient transportation and great restaurants. The complex has free laundry and gym. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay again if I have another chance to visit Vancouver.
It really has everything you need. Me and my gf stayed here for the weekend. The IGA is accross the street. Conveniently located close to Robson Street which is a short walk away. You can even bike to English Bay in under 10 minutes.
The next time we are in Vancouver we would prefer to stay here again!
The unit is centrally located, making it easy to get to Granville Island, the art gallery, Vancouver Symphony, downtown shopping, and all the great Vancouver eateries. The location is ideal if you're attending a conference at the Sheraton, which is right across the street. Even when it's overcast the views from the corner unit are great. And when the sun does come out (which happened too rarely during our November visit!), it's especially remarkable. The unit is tastefully and comfortably appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and higher-end appliances.
Sigrid was great to work with. She provided excellent instructions both in advance and in the unit, responded quickly to emails messages before visit, graciously accommodated our post-11 pm arrival, and quickly took care of a couple very minor maintanance issues I said might be good to address for future guests, but weren't critical for us.
If we ever have the good fortune to return to Vancouver, I'll be very happy to stay here again.

We just spent 3 nights in this condo and we absolutely loved it! It is modern, clean and cool! The views are stellar - corner unit with the most amazing views of the Vancouver skyline! The unit is well equipped with anything you might need. Very quiet and comfortable. The location was perfect. Located right downtown within walking distance of everything. Our car never left the parking lot as we were able to walk wherever we wanted to go. It's the perfect spot for exploring all Vancouver has to offer. Plenty of great restaurants, shopping, walks along the water, Stanley Park, water taxi's to several destinations. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return to this incredible spot when we visit again!
