This beautiful and well equipped 72 square metre 3 bedroom apartment is designed and maintained to an extremely high standard and the owners continually update each year.

It is located in central Val d'Isère by the ski lift area (Less than 2 minutes on foot). Situated on the first floor of the residence, the lounge and bedrooms have west-facing balconies with un-obscured views of Bellevarde, Val d'Isere's iconic mountain.

An underground car parking space is available with this apartment.

About Alison McMahon

I am a fully qualified Ski teacher working in Val d'Isere and I manage this apartment with my wife, Ali.

Our love of the mountains has meant that Val d'Isere has become our second home. We know the resort and its mountains inside and out. We wish to share our knowledge and enthusiasm for the resort with you. It is our wish to make your ski holiday in Val d'Isere excellent.

When you arrive in Val d’Isere we will be waiting to show you into the apartment. We can also assist with ski equipment hire, and collection of your ski passes, click here so that you can avoid the inevitable queues and get onto the slopes as quickly as possible.

Val d'Isere is one of the world's finest ski resorts with ski lifts transporting skiers and boarders to some of the world's best piste and off-piste skiing. The highest peak in the Espace Killy is the Grande Motte at 3500 metres and the lowest at Tignes Les Brevieres at 1500 metres. The excellent snow record and skiing conditions ensure visitors of all ages and ability return year after year.

The town itself has remained charming, traditional and very pretty and has numerous excellent restaurants, lively bars with live music (ideal for apres ski - toffee vodka is a must!), smart shops, supermarkets and three night clubs. There is a market every Monday which sells local produce.

The ski bus service is free and efficient. It is available to skiers and non-skiers, and runs frequently, approximately every 5 minutes, throughout the day and into the night servicing the three main ski areas, the centre of Val, Le Fornet and La Daille.

It may be possible to rent this apartment for a short break depending on availability. However this can only be arranged on a last minute basis as we are unable to take weekend bookings too early in advance.

To reserve the apartment we do require a deposit which is 25% of the total cost of your holiday. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. We can accept payment by UK credit/debit card, bank transfer or cheque. We do make 2% charge for credit card payments. We can accept payment in euro by bank transfer.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
