575 square feet, one bed room, 1 bathroom, on the 32nd floor with city, mountain and partial water views; includes one underground parking space, washer, dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, 50' TV, DVR, Cable, WiFi, and a number of small appliances such as a Nespresso machine, Braun coffee maker, Bodum toaster and juicer, rice cooker and blender. The well equipped kitchen has all cooking utensils, dishes and flatware. We also provide all essential towels, linens and soaps, detergents, cleaning and paper products.
We are entrepreneurs with a busy lifestyle based in Seattle, and travel often between Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland managing our family business.

We lived in Vancouver for 27 years, and keep our condo to enjoy returning to our former home where we lived, worked, and raised our children.
Beautiful views of the city, mountains, and False Creek within walking distance of anything you could want.
Loved my stay. The apartment was in a great location, close to the skytrain and two grocery stores. The building is well maintained with 24hr concierge. The gym in the adjacent tower has all the amenities you need. And the owner was pleasure to rent from. Overall a great experience.
Great location and owner! Easy pickup of keys, condo in excellent condition (one minor issue which the owner very quickly addressed) and very quiet building. Condo was stocked with basic supplies which was great to have on hand.Very walkable to anywhere downtown and having the seawall right out the door was amazing. Overall, excellent experience and would highly recommend this condo.
What great location! Perfect for getting around to everything in Vancouver! Great food all around and what a cute little condo with s view! We came here fr a wedding and it was nice to have the perfect spot for our down time! Kirk was so helpful with any questions we had and was such a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to our next Vancouver adventure. Will definetly stay here again!
The pictures tell the story. 32nd floor with eastern and southern views and the unit wasn't missing anything. Love the location, so close to Wellbourn Park and about a 6-7 minute walk to the Skytrain, Urban Fare, Reckless Bikes and maybe an extra minute or two to the Aquabus. Very accommodating host with good communication. Thumbs up!
I really enjoyed my stay at this condo for the week I was in town. I didn't have a vehicle and walked everywhere and really enjoyed it. There is a little (cute and expensive and BC ran and owned) grocery store (Choices) down the street where you can get all your needs met. I would definitely recommend a stroll along Grandville and Robson and taking the seabus over to Grandville Island. The best restaurants are all near by and I would highly recommend "The Flying Pig". You can use Yelp to help you find the best places.
The view from the condo is amazing at night and during the day. Warning, condo is on 32nd floor so people with vertigo watch out!
Kirk was a great host would always replies and made check in and check out easy.
My husband and I stayed week in August 2015. The condo is just steps away from seawall, and was stocked very well. We were able to store our bikes in underground parking, and sit on the deck watching boats in False Creek.
Yaletown is Vancouver’s trendy and upscale renovated warehouse district. Walking distance to all restaurants, bars, boutiques and galleries. Located on the Seawall, and adjacent to the False Creek Ferries - David Lam Park location with service to Granville Island, H. R. MacMillan Space Centre, and Science World.
