Townhouse with 5 bedrooms for 10 to 12 people on the beach of Moncofar, 1st line

The house is semi-detached, on the beach, with private street with access to the sea. It has 5 bedrooms, kitchen and 1 bathroom and a shower, barbecue and large sun terrace of 80 m2 with sea and away from the view of onlookers, plus two terraces bordering the house but the solarium (with separate shower ). It has linen, crockery and useful full kitchen. There are two televisions.

Moncofar Township has five small stone beaches, and before entering the water, sand. It is only 8 km from the Vall d'Uixó where the largest navigable underground river is located 6 km from Burriana (with its fishing port) and 20 km from Castellón de la Plana (with lots of options for Tourism and Leisure. Another 20 km from Sagunto with its Roman ruins and beaches, and also within 45 km of Valencia.

SIAMO RIMASTI MOLTO COLPITI DALLA CURA DELLA CASA, PULITA E BELLA (LE FOTO NON RENDONO ONORE). LA CASA E' SU TRE PIANI LE CAMERE SONO 5 E TUTTE SPAZIOSE. JOSE' E CARMEN I DUE PROPRIETARI DELLE CASA SONO PERSONE MOLTO CORDIALI E ACCOGLIENTI E CI HANNO MESSO HA NOSTRO AGIO. LA CASA E' SUL MARE, SI PUO' MANGIARE FUORI, C'E' UN BARBECUE, LA CUCINA E' MOLTO ATTREZZATA, LA COSA PIU' BELLA DELLA CASA E' SENZ'ALTRO UNA TERAZZA SOLARIUM CHE GUARDA IL MARE STUPENDO CHE C'E' A MONCOFAR. Excelente eleccion

Excelente estancia.

La vivienda estaba en perfecto estado,actualizada y muy superior a lo que reflejaban las fotos de la web.Nos quedamos sorprendidos con las estancias de la casa,con la cercania a la playa (que estaba estupenda y tranquila,por cierto).Uno de los puntos fuertes de la vivienda es la azotea, ideal para descansar, tomar el sol o incluso ver la tele por la noche(disponen de tv en esa planta).

No nos olvidamos de los propietarios que nos trataron con mucho cariño y cercania desde el momente de la llegada.

Sin duda repetiremos!!! Gracias a Jose Luis y a Amparo por la semana de desconexion.

Es war alles Super!!!

Ein schönes netes Örtchen.Sehr neter Vermieter.Die nachbarn waren auch sehr net.Das Haus befindet sich in einen gut gepflegten zustand.Es gibt viele ausflug möglichkeiten eine dafon haben wir genutzt das ist der unterirdiescher Fluß der befindet sich unter einen Berg sehr empfehlenswert.Was uns auch sehr gefahlen hatt und was sehr praktisch war das ist die Strand nähe man könte in Badehosen zum Strand gehen.Es war alles Super würde ich weiter empfehlen.

Maison très agréable

Grande maison très bien située avec un accès direct à la plage. cette maison est idéale pour des vacances entre amis avec des enfants, elle est suffisament grande pour que chacun ait son espace. Une grande chambre à côté du solarium a été très appréciée par les enfants pour y créer "leur univers". Le propriétaire est très sympa et merci aux voisins pour leur gentillesse, leur accueil et leur aide. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, visite de quelques villages aux alentours et bien sur une journée pour visiter Valencia qui est à environ 40 km.

Townhouse on the beach, well connected by road, highway, and is in a super quiet residential area, no parking problems and a few meters from the center of entertainment and restaurants and bars.

At 100 meters there is a water park with pools and plenty of swings for children, and at night is a restaurant and dance center.
