Enjoy the benefits of a visit to London without the hassle and congestion of the city centre by staying in our stunning apartment set in over 10 acres of parkland.

We are located in Bromley, a traditional leafy suburb of south east London, with a vibrant town centre. An easy five minute walk leads to Sundridge Park railway station, where frequent trains take you to the centre of London in under thirty minutes. An inexpensive travel card covers you for the return train journey as well as allowing unlimited access to the extensive underground and bus service of central London.

Our apartment is located in Hampton Grange, a new development within the historic grounds of Freelands House, which dates back to the 18th century (currently being renovated according to its historic Grade II listing). The centrally heated, first floor apartment is approached via a wide staircase or lift from a communal lobby. The apartment is one of only twenty two set within this newly constructed building positioned to take advantage of far reaching views over the extensive landscaped parkland. The gated development is very secure and all visitors are provided with two car parking spaces (one underground, one overground).

The apartment’s main living/dining area is tastefully furnished and provides a relaxing venue to recover from sightseeing or to enjoy a meal. The décor is modern but comfortable and compliments the honey oak floors which run throughout the apartment. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops. A comprehensive range of crockery, glass and cooking equipment is provided as well as a AEG stainless steel oven, hob and microwave for those nights you wish to dine in.

Getting to the apartment: Bromley can be easily reached by car from the airports which surround London or, if required, we can arrange a taxi cab to collect/deliver you. Alternatively the Eurotunnel terminal at Ebbsfleet is a half hour journey away with regular Eurostar trains to the continent. For those wishing to drive to London from the continent the Eurotunnel and Ferry services can be found at Folkestone and Dover, a journey of approximately one hour by car.

Please be assured that we will try to make your visit to the apartment as enjoyable and stress free as possible. To this end we will be on hand to personally welcome you on arrival and deal with any queries which may arise during your stay.

This gave me an excellent grounding in providing holiday makers with accommodation which meets their high expectations. I have been operating a successful holiday lettings business in Bromley for over four years and consider myself very privileged to have welcomed many guests from all over the world.

It is a quiet location which ensures our guests get an opportunity to recharge the batteries after a long day sightseeing. Bromley has a vibrant town centre with a large shopping centre and an extensive range of bars and restaurants.

We specifically selected this apartment in Hampton Grange as we feel that it will offer our guests a unique experience. The apartment boasts two balconies off the main living area which will provide a stunning spot from which to enjoy some al-fresco dining or relaxation whilst enjoying extensive views over Hampton Grange's private parkland.

Exceptional Accommodation

I would highly recommend this property. We were lucky enough to stay there for 3 weeks in May and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The accommodation is modern and spacious and the owners have equipped it with all that you might need for a great stay. The flat is in a very impressive development, in a serene setting, yet only a short walk to the rail station and into Bromley. We were made to feel very welcome and will definitely be coming back!

We stayed in Anna's wonderful apartment for a quick trip to Bromley for a family Christmas with my parents who live just minutes away. I grew up in Bromley and remember the apartment complex when it was a school, so I was most interested to see how it had been converted. The apartment suited our family of four perfectly - it was wonderfully comfortable and clean. Anna had left us mince tarts and chocolate goodies which were most welcome. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Paradise in Bromley

I don't normally write reviews, but did make our decision to stay here through reading reviews on the property. It assisted immensely, so hopefully this will assist someone else in making their decision.

There were several email exchanges between Anna and myself before we arrived; every one of my queries answered in a timely, courteous manner. Upon our arrival, we were shown how everything worked in the apartment, which is one of the most stunning properties I have seen. The finishes in this apartment are to the highest of standards. It was cleaned immaculately, had fresh milk in the refrigerator, had a coffee machine with coffee pods to go with it. Even the compendium showing local attractions and information had been personalised with our names on the front page. AND, sitting under a cake dome, was a freshly made cake, of immense proportion and taste !!!

This apartment is set back from the road, and the entire five days we stayed, we heard NO road noise, or for that matter, no noise from neighbours as well. All of the appliances were from a high end brand, and worked magnificently. I travel a LOT , and to me, the two most important features I look for are a comfortable bed, and a good shower. 10/10 for both of these at this apartment.

It is a easy, safe 10-15 walk to Bromley ( buses available as well at the front ).

Public transport is abundant, as are some great restaurants. Several large supermarket chains offer plenty of options for making meals in the apartment; which we did on several occasions.

When next we visit the UK, ( from Australia ) we will definitely be booking this apartment again.

A well situated and beautifully appointed flat with every comfort & convenience.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Mattha Court at Hampton Grange in Bromley. It had a lovely view of surrounding countryside but we were only 5 minutes by car from the town Centre and there was frequent bus service past the door. The apartment was very secure, serviced with a lift and underground parking and the block was also very quiet. The furnishings and amenities in the apartment were tasteful and of good quality. We would not hesitate to book it again on a future trip to the area. Mrs Farah was most welcoming and helpful so we were entirely comfortable with our stay and extremely happy to have found an excellent home from home.
