This condo sits directly across the street from the Riverwalk Performing Arts Center and the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle to get you to the slopes quickly.

Amenities - You will enjoy the wood-burning fireplace after a long day of skiing in the spacious living area that also has a Flat Screen TV, DVD player and stereo. You can relax in the common area outdoor hot tub or unwind in the dry rock sauna. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the mountain sunshine and breathe in the fresh air on the large outdoor common area deck. Cimarron guests also have access to the Upper Village Common Area hot tubs and pool (off-site) located just a short walk from the property on Village Rd.

A very convenient location. It was central to the town for shopping, restaurants and mountain biking. Loved having a hot tub. Plenty of anemities from plenty of linens, blankets to paper goods. The condo was very quiet. The place was very clean!

We loved our brief visit to Breckenridge! This condo had plenty of room for the four of us and we didn't have drive anywhere once we arrived! Underground parking was a bonus and it was a very convenient location one block from Main St.

Amazing Location

We rented this condo for a family vacation. We have 4 kids, and were a little concerned about this size of the unit, and if it would be soundproof enough for us not to disturb the neighbors next to and above us. I am happy to say that we were pleasantly surprised to have plenty of room, and to find the condo was very soundproof!

The location is absolutely perfect. It is literally right across the street from Main St in Breckenridge. My wife walked to Starbucks each morning, and the entire trip there and back took 20 minutes. There are so many restaurants right in the proximity, and you don’t need to pile in the car to go get lunch or dinner.

The condo itself is great. The kitchen area is large, and contains pretty much every tool or appliance we needed to make meals. The kitchen counter has 3 stools on the other end, and a very large dining table behind the stools. You will definitely have enough room for everyone to eat! The living room has a very large sectional couch, which also pulls out into a bed, and a super comfortable loveseat. The entertainment center has everything you need to watch tv or movies, including surround sound, dvd/bluray player, digital cable, and a large television.

The bedrooms had plenty of dresser drawers, for your clothes to go into, and a good amount of closet space, if that’s how you like to store your clothes. The two bathrooms are pretty much identical, and are clean and in great shape. The beds are comfortable, with the master containing a King, and the guest bedroom containing a bunk bed (The bottom bunk is a bit larger, and can sleep two kids easily).

The facility is clean, with laundry equipment in the basement, where the garage is. The garage is large, and has plenty of lighting.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stat here. The keys were simple to pick up. They even have an afterhours phone that you can text with questions.

Super great property. Super great location. Super great price!

The property was great. Only one small hiccup

We had a great time in a great location. The one thing that went wrong is the cleaning crew showed up and actually entered the condo well before check out time. They continued to hover and open the door until we left. We all found it to be annoying and disrespectful.

Comfortable unit

We enjoyed staying at this condo, primarily due to its location. As advertised, it was within a few minutes' walk of both Main Street and the QuickSilver chairlift. The master bedroom's king sized bed was comfortable, but my sons found the bunk beds less accommodating. I was disappointed that there wasn't a ready supply of firewood, but we were able to trek down to the basement for a supply. That said, there was no kindling or newspaper, so I had to purchase a newspaper in order to start a fire. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, bowls, silverware, etc., but there were minimal spices, etc., making it difficult to prepare your own meals. Bathrooms were adequate and clean but not overly spacious or equipped. Lastly, the wifi never worked during our stay despite repeated efforts to connect to the Internet.

Great base for a family vacation

I lived in Breckenridge many years ago, so I knew Cimarron was in a great location for accessing trails, biking, and exploring town. This unit was just perfect--affordable, cozy, well equipped. We enjoyed access to the pool area and the ability to prepare many of our own meals in the generous by condo standards kitchen. (Wish the chairs on the balcony were a little more comfy--but that's a minor quibble).
