Modern, spacious 3 bedroom, 1600 square ft house. This is in addition to a full yard, pool & spa, and dedicated off-street driveway. Guests enjoy exclusive use of all amenities listed, including the pool. Your rental is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every arrival. Every effort is made to ensure guest comfort and privacy. Exclusive guest use of the large heated pool (seasonally heated April-October) and hot tub (heated year-round). Large yard and garden area. The kitchen is stocked and equipped for all meal prep. 3 spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms and a convertible sofa/bed in the common area comfortably sleeps 8. All bedding linens and towels (bath and pool) are provided. Private vehicle entry with large, private parking. Plenty of room for recreational trailers. Close to beaches, golf, wine tasting, farmers' markets, hiking, cycling, surfing, SLO Airport, and Cal Poly. Pismo Beach is a five-minute drive. San Luis Obispo & Cal Poly is a 15-minute drive. Excellent wineries are minutes away. The Mediterranean-like weather in our area is almost always wonderful.

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed our trip and our stay at this house was great. The house has plenty of space, the kitchen is fully stocked and has all you need. The overall space was just amazing! The Yard was of course my favorite! (I love outdoor spaces). I loved the privacy we felt even though the main house is just beside the guest house. We had the property to ourselves and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! For those who are thinking about booking here DO IT!! Oh and bring a camera! I took some really pretty portraits of my family while we were here in the yard the landscaping is a beautiful natural backdrop! Will definitely book again!

Great guesthouse

We had a wonderful stay with our dog and two boys. We made great use of the hot tub and heated pool. The auto cover is great for safety and peace of mind. Our dog enjoyed the large yard. It is fenced, however, it is open to the driveway area without a gate, so we kept our dog leashed/tied when we couldn’t have eyes directly on her. Take note there is no oven, but the microwave can be used as an oven. No washer/dryer, but who wants to do laundry on vacation? Location was great, and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Get Away

We enjoyed this property for a weekend. The guest house is modern with nice furnishings offering indoor/outdoor living. The yard is spacious with beautiful landscaping, and the pool is wonderful. We loved our visit and will be back again!

Great property

We enjoyed are stay. The property was well kept, maintained and clean, from the grounds to the bedrooms. House rules were reasonable and pool hours generous. And the location was perfect, everything was accessible, close to good restaurants and beaches. Also communication is important to me and it was easy with Whitney. It was a great holiday weekend.

We were looking for a place that was quiet for a family get together with dogs. This was a Ritz-Carlton experience from start to finish. Great location, peaceful, well equipped, immaculately clean and superb pool.

I grew up in San Luis Obispo, moved away, but couldn’t stay away. I enjoy going to concerts, wine tasting, and running with my dog Ellie. I take great pride in my rental (I just took over management from my dad Mike who you'll see mentioned in the reviews) and love being able to offer it up for others to make memories and enjoy a quiet retreat. I love sharing my wonderful town & hope you fall in love with it too!

Why they chose this property

I grew up in this neighborhood. It is minutes from the heart of Downtown San Luis Obispo, but you feel like you've escaped into your own oasis. Quiet day/night except for the occasional owl. Often when it is cold and foggy at the beach, the sun is shining here, and it is a perfect mid-70 degrees almost every day. I love the hiking and running in the area, and everyone is so friendly! The village of Arroyo Grande is a cute little spot to shop locally. A rural feel but is close to shopping, great dining, wineries, lakes, and beaches.

The house has a pool that is exclusive to guests. It has a giant yard (great for kids and pets to run around and for everyone to enjoy the sunshine) and a big driveway for larger vehicles/trailers. It is a beautiful, thoughtfully decorated modern 3 bedroom located on acreage in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Guests enjoy exclusive use of all amenities. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked and equipped for full meal prep. Cable and Smart TV. Heated pool (seasonally heated April-October) with retractable, child-safe safety cover.
