Island Manor is a four bedroom, four and a half bath villa with a pool and gazebo set amongst tropical plants and fruit trees. Upscale furnishings, yet a casual relaxed atmosphere, make Island Manor a great spot for honeymooners and families. The bedrooms are all on different floors of the home to maximze privacy.

About VIVA Villas, Inc.

Angie Smith, moved to St. John from Tampa Florida over 20 years ago and has made a home on the island. She studied hospitality at both Georgia State University and The University of the Virgin Islands where she went on to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, concentrating in marketing and advertising, graduating with honors. She brings the knowledge of accounting, marketing, advertising and business skills to the company. Angie loves to travel and learn about new cultures and meet new people. She likes to cook dishes from different countries such as Trinidad, India and Italy. She enjoys trying new dishes from all over the world. She is known as ‘the purple lady’ since she is in love with purple-whether it’s her purse or a room in her house, you will always see purple. Now as mother of five (!), Angie is one busy lady. She loves the beaches, the mountains and the year round summer on St. John and is proud of the consistent high level of quality and services her VIVA team provides our island visitors every day.

Excellent stay, centrally located to Cruz Bay. The house is fantastic with a great view of the ocean. Pool was clean and wild life was great to watch.

Island Manor is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the Cruz Bay ferry dock and is easily accessed via paved roads to the driveway.

Island Manor overlooks the wildlife refuge of Chocolate Hole pond and scenic Hart Bay-where you can watch the sea gulls in flight and the ocean waves crashing on the shoreline. Chocolate Hole beach is a short walk away.
