Shared washer/dryer with 2 units upstairs (this studio apartment is on the lower lever.) Good public transportation and decent street parking (depending on the time of day.) State-of-the-art entire house water filtration. Lots of hot water. Private and quiet. Perfect for one or two people. This is a safe and family neighborhood / quiet building. We are in one of the best areas of Noe Valley, close to everything...transportation, restaurants, shopping, etc.

This is a 3 unit building; the studio apartment is on the lowest floor with some natural filtered light. There are 2 friendly, well-mannered dogs that live directly above; they own the backyard :-)

Government issued photo I.D. matching the name on the reservation required upon check-in.

Check-in is between 3pm-8pm. Early or late check-in requires prior approval and additional fee.

Worst Experience ever!

We rented this basement apartment with high hopes, but it went downhill fast. Maria, the agent/house cleaner, was difficult to contact on the day we arrived. After several hours trying,we reached her and was told she was behind getting the place ready. No worries, we just rolled with it. That night when we returned from some sight seeing and attempted to use the shower, it quickly stared backing up and filled the floor of the bathroom. I looked out the back door and saw that there was sewage flowing up out of two drains in the back patio area. I called Maria and left a message. when she called back I told her what was going on and asked if they had other accommodations for us, she asked if we could stay the night and she would take care of it. The next morning, I called and she said she would be there in 30 minutes. We packed everything into our rental car and waited several hours for her to arrive. During this time we were confronted by a neighbor who was quite upset because I had parked the rental in front of his garage. I had asked Maria if it was ok to park there and she assured me it was ok. The neighbor couldn't understand why we were not told we shouldn't park there. When Maria finally arrived, the first words out of her mouth were that she was upset that I had gotten her up on Sunday morning. We entered the apartment and she asked me what I had done. I responded, "I ran the shower" Upon seeing the sewage water on the patio, she acted like it wasn't there. Crazy I know. I asked if I would be getting a refund and she said NO. I went outside and the neighbor, who had become quite friendly, recommended I knock on the door of the apartment above the rental and said the owner's business partner lived there. I knocked on a door and a woman came to the door. She explained that she was renting the unit and told me there had been sewer issues for a several days. The door next to her's opened and Keith, Bruce's business partner, introduced himself. We went downstairs to look at the apartment and he was very accommodating and said he completely understood and that they would refund my rental. I did receive a refund excluding the Service Fee. Unfortunately, overall still a terrible experience.

P.S. VRBO Admin, The "Did you enjoy your stay -Not Really Button" doesn't work!!!

Great place... great value... really nice Owners

Perfect stay... perfect rental. Really liked Maria; she was really helpful. I understand that Maria also does the cleaning, which was perfect. I really appreciated how compulsively clean everything was!

Nice kitchenette and well stocked.

Will stay here again and again!

Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé malgré notre heure tardive. Un appartement en tout point à la hauteur de la description qu'en fait son propriétaire! Quartier paisible et securitaire, à proximité d'épiceries et de restaurants. Le lit est ultra confortable! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à San Francisco et nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement.

What a lovely place!

I can't say enough good about this apartment: it is bigger than the photos show (2 connected rooms, plus a kitchen and bathroom.) It was super clean and I felt very safe. Fast WiFi and free long-distance calls on the house phone was very nice too. I loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood. I'll be back!

More spacious then expected

This is a great little studio apartment. The layout really maximizes the space. It is perfect for 2 people. For being a lower level place it had a lot of windows that gave pretty good light. It is tastefully decorated. You can tell that it has been well cared for.

Maria was very helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions.

It is located an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Noe Valley, and the Castro.

We have recommended it to relatives who's daughter lives very near here.

We would stay here again.

Thank you for a great place to stay during our visit.

Great studio in a convenient location

The studio was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. It was also quiet and with a comfortable bed, we slept extremely well. The location was perfect for us – just a few blocks from a variety of restaurants and shops in Noe Valley. Maria was also very helpful and patient with us when we checked in. Thank you!

Our apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood within easy walking distance of the Noe Valley 24th St. shopping corridor… excellent restaurants, great cafes, MUNI public transit right outside the front door. Our place is also an easy, downhill, 10 minutes’ walk to the Castro neighborhood and a MUNI subway entrance.
